They are on schedule, respectful in all areas of removal of existing perfect and in their installation of the new materials. Within hours my water was clear in my toilet tanks. Customer/management communication is a priority and shown by management.

These folks are just wonderful! Our tank started leaking July 7th..we called a few places but this place was the first to call back. They gave us a quote and booked us in for the 11th. On the 9th the tank stopped working..no hot water and still leaking. We called again hoping they could fit us in early. Well they showed up and not only installed the tank but fixed some venting and piping that was sub par. They were friendly..professional and courteous. They weren't the lowest quote but they are worth every single cent. They even took away the old tanks (there were 2). They vacuumed the area and by the time they left there was no trace of work other then a beautiful new tank. Thank you for your quick response..kindness and genuine care. You are the best!

During a routine maintenance call, Nathan (Rocky Mountain House location) diagnosed a problem in the air conditioner and he made arrangements to get the required part. The part did not take long to arrive.

The subsequent service call went very smoothly. It started on time - Nathan gave us a call just as he was starting to come out to site which was appreciated.
The install went without a hitch - he had the old evaporator coil removed and the new unit installed in very short order. After some adjustments - and a good cleaning of the condenser coils, the unit started up and has run flawlessly since.

During the service call, Nathan demonstrated that he was quite knowledgeable in the HVAC field and he cheerfully answered all of my many questions!

Once he was completed the job, he and his partner cleaned up the work sites and left...

Wow! We were so impressed with Everything H20 from the service we received in their office to the installation of our water softener and R/O system. The staff in the office were so friendly and knowledgeable. They took a lot of time explaining the product to us. No high pressure sales tactics, just friendly down to earth folks who know their stuff. Very professional and responsive from the initial inquiry to the end of the job. Johnny came to install with another colleague ( I wish I could remember his name) because they were both amazing!
