I met virtually with Tracey for the first time last week and had a great experience! She really paid attention to my goals, needs, and constraints and I felt like she really cared about finding a plan that worked for me. I loved her approach to nutrition, focusing on what we could add or supplement, and not restricting or cutting out any foods. I felt like we came up with a plan that made sense for my limited time and energy for cooking while also incorporating what I needed and wanted out of my food. I worked with Alexandra and she was extremely helpful and insightful hence the five stars. She is personable and gives plenty of tips on sustaining a healthy lifestyle. I had some issues with insurance after and some general pricing discrepancies that went along with it. After working with Ms. Lanzano and Kathy in billing they were very pleasant and easy to work with. I'm glad we were able to sort this all out and move forward. For anyone seeking the assistance of a nutritionist I would highly recommend EN, but make sure to clear it with insurance first to avoid the situation I was in.
