Nutrition counseling services for children, adolescents, teens and adults. We offer individual and family sessions. We specialize in eating disorders and relationships with food (including anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating, ARFID (avoidant and restrictive food intake disorder), emotional overeating, moving away from chronic dieting, compulsive over-exercising, mindful and intuitive eating, and more), digestive health, (including SIBO, IBS, IBD, celiac disease, gas and bloating, chronic constipation, and more), diabetes (including type 1, type 2, gestational and pre-diabetes), food allergies and sensitivities, heart health, women's health (including PCOS--polycystic ovarian syndrome, menopause, pregnancy nutrition), sports nutrition, anti-inflammatory diets, vegan and vegetarian nutrition, and more. We are anti-dieting, body-acceptance focused, and we provide an affirmative, inclusive, respectful environment for individuals of all ages, genders, sizes and shapes, ethnicities, religions, and other distinguishing characteristics or traits. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly, and we accept most insurance plans under Cigna, Aetna, United and UMR. Please inquire about Anthem/BCBS. We offer in person visits at our Boulder and Denver locations, and HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions.

I waited more than a month for my first appointment. The advice I received was not only horrible advice, but it was also not what I needed at the time. However, I trusted the advice so I gave it a try for a little over 6 weeks. Until I felt so horrible I had to stop.

Highly recommend doing your own research. I found better advice from medical experts on YouTube. Since switching over to doing my own research, I’m feeling 1000x better. Read more >

Not worth the time or cost. Took a couple hours to complete all the forms and questionnaires related to billing/insurance, which were required to book an appointment, then I got an email that I had to research insurance billing codes, physician diagnosis codes and put them on yet another form with lots more information. Basically, they put all the work of figuring out insurance on you and its unnecessary and takes a LONG time.

Advice that I got in my first appointment was VERY basic advice and not helpful. I got just a few recommendations of foods and menus that were not good. For example, they recommended some granola bars that were high sugar and definitely NOT what I need for better nutrition.

The website says a first appointment includes a scientific test to understand your nutrition needs, but there was no test or anything similar. Just more... Read more >

I met virtually with Tracey for the first time last week and had a great experience! She really paid attention to my goals, needs, and constraints and I felt like she really cared about finding a plan that worked for me. I loved her approach to nutrition, focusing on what we could add or supplement, and not restricting or cutting out any foods.
