El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room

I dislike to visit the hospital, but I had a really good experience with El Mirage ER. From the front desk to Karen my nurse and the Dr on duty as well. Thank you so much for making me feel as comfortable as possible during my visit.

Excellent staff, doctors and nurses

I had experienced a really bad fall, I really thought I had broken a few things and hurt my neck badly. It turned out that I did not break anything thank goodness but I did strain a few things in the process and was hurting very badly. They took care of me in the El Mirage ER. The nurse I had seen her name was Christian and I had Dr Shaw. Both were knowledgeable and very caring. I would definitely return if needed but I’m hoping to stay away from the ER in the future.

First time in the new El Mirage Emergency Room. Strained my knee. Was seen by nurse Stephanie and Dr Meade. Both very professional, knowledgeable and made the visit as pleasant as possible. Front desk and EXray tech both excellent.

We’ve watched this his being built these last few months. What an asset to the community ! The check-in was easy, nurse was great, and Dr Shah who is also the medical director was so kind and really explained what my issue was or wasn’t in this case. No heart attack, no PE ! Definitely recommend in the community !

I gave El Mirage ER five stars because the care they provided my husband was excellent.

From the moment I registered him at the front desk we were shown care and professionalism. His nurse I believe her name is Karen called him back right away and was very caring and thorough. From radiology, EKG technician were professional. The Doctor was awesome and wonderful bedside manner, caring, compassionate. My husband was in a lot of pain in his neck due to other medical conditions and his heart rate was up and I’m grateful the doctor was thorough and ran additional tests to rule out other issues. We’re very grateful for the high level of care received. We definitely recommend this ER.

Had a great experience here! The staff was amazing from the moment we were at the Check in desk to the nurse and the x ray tech and of course the provider. Thank you all for taking care of me so quickly .

The wait was long but the service was still good even though everyone was stressed out and stretched thin with the amount of patients they had.

I had a great experience at El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room. Was in town for thanksgiving at got a terrible earache. Kept trying to let it pass but decided it was unbearable and headed to the emergency room near my sister's house. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Staff was super sweet and informative. Got a prescription for walgreens across the street and was starting to feel better by that evening. Thank you so much for thanksgiving

My visit to the El Mirage Emergency Room was a very good experience. It may have taken a little longer than what might have been expected, but overall a good experience. The staff was very caring and personable. The doctor seemed knowledgable, although somewhat frugal with his time. The facility seemed well equiped.

Quick access to care, no wait times. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
