Quick and professional service.

I went in not feeling well at all and they were very nice and patient with me. Took me right in ,didn't have to wait long at all. The nurses were very nice and considerate. The dr was thorough and nice as well. They were all on it and very helpful most definitely will make it my to go place if I have to go to and ER. Let's hope not! However, overall 5 star even from the receptionist to the end.

It was a quick visit. Didn't have to wait long.. Staff was very friendly and everything went by smoothly..

Absolutely wonderful. Everyone working on Wednesday night at 1030pm or later were.the most caring and welcoming people. Best experience I've ever had with an urgent care or ER. Please give all them some love. They were wonderful

As far as emergency rooms go absolutely amazing experience. The staff and especially the doctor were great. I was put in a room within 10 minutes doctor was there a few minutes later evaluated me scheduled a few test and I had answers within a couple hours. State of the facility with lab and CT on site. Will definitely utilize them again if needed

I had such a good visit to the ElMirage ER! The wait was almost nonexistent, the staff was kind and explained everything. The doctor was so understanding. It made me feel very comfortable at a vulnerable time. So glad they are so close.

Everybody was very nice very clean would go back

They got me right in and worked om my problem, were professional and only mix up was when they came to take an chest xray when I was having back and leg problems.
Got that straightened out and them did a great job.
Feeling much better so far today.

The staff were very efficient and helpful. Their beside manner was extremely welcoming and appreciative. I was assisted right away and felt comforted by all their actions.

I decided to go to the ER after not feeling well for going on 2 weeks. Since I have diabetes, I didn't want to hold off any longer. I arrived and was taken in within 15 minutes. I spent 5 hours there and was seen by 4 nurses and 2 different doctors, since I arrived during a shift change. They were all very nice. The only thing I would have liked is more communication as the time went by. For example, they did a flu/covid swab along with multiple blood tests and other things. I would have appreciated info as each test was completed. For example...I had to find out the flu/covid was negative via the APP instead of someone coming in and telling me. But all in all it was an ok experience. I mean as ok as having to go to an ER can be.
