El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room

I went in with a head injury and a lower back injury from a fall. Dr. Miller was incredibly nice and funny. My only complaint was the wait times for my CT Scans, X-Rays.

This place was fantastic. Everyone that helped me was very kind and professional. A big thank you to them for being there.

Everybody was so nice and professional when I went , Veronica my attending nurse went above and beyond to make sure I felt good and in safe hands while receiving treatment

They were fast courteous and very professional the doctor was wonderful my nurse was great it was a great experience for an emergency room visit

I almost died and they saved my life. But I want to make a special HUGE shout out to Nicki, my nurse who helped me so much and made me and my girlfriend so comfortable when I was so uncomfortable. We love you Nicki ❤️

The emergency room is clean, the staff are fast and pretty efficient. There were two female nurses who lacked bedside manners and gave me some attitude, but everyone else has been nice and considerate.

Entire Experience Was Excellent, From Check in to check out, Everyone Was Also Great 👍

Great staff

It was a very nice experience considering why we were there. The staff was very friendly and thorough. The area was clean and comfortable. If we need an urgent care again, this will be where we come.

Even though I don't feel well I had a great experience. The staff all around was great, very helpful, understanding, and professional. This was my second visit to this ER and definitely will pick them in the future.

I mean outside of the fact that I was in bad condition. Your professionalism man to help and your doctors helps her. RN got me out of there and function. I’m not at 100% but I feel by tomorrow I only on my way back to where I need to be. Thank you guys very much.

Dr. Nick stavridis is the only ER doctor to listen and actually help . Having degenerative disc disease and two pinch nerves was unbearable and he helped with the pain. First ever someone help with my pain and really appreciate him .

Doctors and staff were nice and funny they made the experience comfortable

I would only request the ability to have other labs checked. The care was excellent, nurses and provider were excellent at communication and keeping me informed and part of my care.

Would absolutely recommend when needing to be seen asap! I was so so sick about a week ago & my fiancé took me in to be seen. The wait time was less than 10 mins to be called back. Amber, my nurse, was amazing, she was so sweet & attentive. Dr. Stavridis was excellent, went over everything with us & answered all of our questions & concerns. Highly recommend to anyone in the El Mirage/Surprise area.
