They did a great job easy and fast I was out in an hour and already feeling better

I had the best experience with this clinic. I was in and out quickly after having to have staples in my head. The staff was extremely friendly and the doctor was wonderful.

No wait time, quickly seen and diagnosed

I visited the El Mirage ER for severe stomach pain and was seen within about 5 minutes, which was much faster than I’ve experienced at other ERs.
I’ve been here before and, while the nurses have always been kind, I did previously have a more dismissive experience with a different doctor. This visit was very different in a positive way, and I felt taken seriously from the start. The current doctor and staff were attentive, respectful, and made me feel heard throughout my care.
A special thank you to Calisha (Sorry if I misspelled), who stood out for her kindness and for consistently checking in on me during my visit.
My only concern was that the floors appeared dirty during my visits and did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly enough.

Overall, I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely return if needed.

Staff were all friendly, doctor was knowledgeable. The only bad part was the long wait in the curtained off room trying to keep a rambunctious three year old under control for an hour. Other than that, everything was good.

Edited to add that we've gone here a few times now for various illness/injuries for my 2 kids and me. Every time we've received great care, had friendly staff and doctors, and the wait is usually not that bad when we've been. I appreciate having a place so close to us that I can go to at any time of day or night for any urgent health matters.

I love El Mirage 24/7 Emergency room because they were fast and efficient. I can get in and out quickly. They were very attentive to my needs.

Very professional the doctor took care of my issue and I was satisfied with the results.

The facility was very clean and quiet, the medical assistant seemed sweet and was very thorough with her intake process. Once we saw the doctor he was kind, however he was on his phone during the exam which i thought was odd, ive never experienced that before at a doctors office lol, however when his call was finally completed he was able to assess and was knowledgeable on our reasons for our visit. Yes, i would return as long as the doctor keeps his phone at his dest next time.

Went in to get checked for illness after feeling achy and congested. The nursing staff were very polite and I found their efforts gentle despite having to try multiple times to get an IV started. The examination was thorough and I received both CT scan and x-ray and was given multiple bags of fluids to address my dehydration. My stay lasted roughly 5 hours, but I left knowing what I had and medication to combat it.

Showers concern for patient and looked for answers

It is very close to my home and the employees are friendly , knowledgeable and caring. It no time at all I was on my way home to rest and feel better with the needed prescriptions already sent electronically.👍🏻

The elm emergency room was extremely caring and helpful

my husband had bad shoulder pain. we found out wasnt a fracture but was seen xray and treated we wereout in a hour and a half definitly will use again thank you
