El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room

Friendly and professional staff. Short wait time. Everything explained clearly with all questions answered before leaving. Written instructions also given. Very clean facility. Have had several friends who have said all the same experience. I’d recommend the knowledgeable staff and go back there when choosing the best care option.

I LOVE El Mirage ER! The location is perfect, they have all the equipment and there is never a long wait. All the medical staff are great.

I got there with my sick 6 year old and was quickly admitted, and the nurses and doctor were very nice to me and my baby. Would go back again.

Great and friendly staff short wait times very convenient

From the minute I walked in with an ear infection until I walked out, everyone from the receptionist to the doctor, was very nice and pleasant. I would definitely be going to that urgent care from now on.

The facility was great not a long wait. Still have to fill out paperwork for registration in this day and age is sad. Nurses great but the doctor very short, abrupt and not well versed in talking to elderly patients

Quick and professional service.

I went in not feeling well at all and they were very nice and patient with me. Took me right in ,didn't have to wait long at all. The nurses were very nice and considerate. The dr was thorough and nice as well. They were all on it and very helpful most definitely will make it my to go place if I have to go to and ER. Let's hope not! However, overall 5 star even from the receptionist to the end.

It was a quick visit. Didn't have to wait long.. Staff was very friendly and everything went by smoothly..

Absolutely wonderful. Everyone working on Wednesday night at 1030pm or later were.the most caring and welcoming people. Best experience I've ever had with an urgent care or ER. Please give all them some love. They were wonderful

As far as emergency rooms go absolutely amazing experience. The staff and especially the doctor were great. I was put in a room within 10 minutes doctor was there a few minutes later evaluated me scheduled a few test and I had answers within a couple hours. State of the facility with lab and CT on site. Will definitely utilize them again if needed

I had such a good visit to the ElMirage ER! The wait was almost nonexistent, the staff was kind and explained everything. The doctor was so understanding. It made me feel very comfortable at a vulnerable time. So glad they are so close.
