The Dr and staff was really great. I would recommend my friends and family to go there . Wait times are short, and they explains every to you before it’s done and not try to add extra to your billing.

Absolutely love this emergency room, from the moment you walk in they are inviting and very helpful. It’s like being taken care of by family. The doctors are great; very knowledgeable and experienced with any ailment you might have.
I’ve been there 3 times with different illnesses and there diagnoses and treatment was right on the money! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE AND TRUST THEM WITH ALL MY LOVED ONES! Wish all places were like this🙌🏻👏🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Aaron D

I Love El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room because they treated me like I mattered and my comfort and any concerns were important. Double checked to make sure I had no questions and asked if I needed anything else!! I really appreciate the time and care I received. They are the Emergency Care team that I will choose every time I need care!

The El Mirage ER was great. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were so kind and helpful especially Dr.Bair, Alicia and Alexis. Made me feel like I wasn’t alone.

They were quick to assess my child and give her great care swiftly. Everyone was friendly, kind, and professional!

doctor Shah was spot on with the diagnosis. we stayed about 2.5 hours until discharged. the overnight girl at the front desk was my favorite. she was super sweet and caring. the pop tart got stuck in the vending machine and she used her own money to help me get it out for my son and gave him stickers. i don’t know her name but she had dark short hair with bangs 🙂

As soon as I walked in I noticed the full vending machines with a waiting area. The patient area has enough seating since they literally take you back within minutes. At least in my experience! All the nurses and the front receptionist were very nice and asked all the right questions! Dr. was straight to the point and realized what tests I needed. I was in and out of there within 2 hours with labs and prescriptions waiting. Thank you :)

On March 24, 2025 While in the ER I had a heart attack. Thanks to God, Dr. Shah, Christine and Isabella for saving my life.
