Exceptional service from when I arrived to when I left. So much appreciated the professional and friendly service by each person involved. The reception was right there, my nurse was amazing in getting me ready for the doctor and the Doctor- WOW! He explained all the options and made helpful recommendations. The procedure did what needed to be done and the nurse made the experience as pleasant as possible. I really appreciated that everything was done in a very timely manner. I will come here again- no hesitation! Beats waiting in a hospital ER for hours.

I received a diagnosis & treatment within a reasonable amount of time , but did not like filling out all the paperwork when I was not feeling well. overall, though it was a good experience and I would recommend your facility to others in my situation. Thank you.

The service was excellent the first doctor that helped us in the day I forgot his name but he did all the testing for my son to make sure we wouldn’t leave without any answers. The nurse during the day as well was amazing! My son felt so comfortable with her and she would explain everything to him so he knew what she was doing.

Happy to have been seen by doctor M. Shah. He is very patient focused and knowledgeable. Thank you for doing what my normal specialist didn’t even think to do. Because of that you healed me. I hope I never have to go to the ER again but if I do…I will ask for you. And my nurse was the bomb. I hate I cannot remember her name which is bad on my part but she was amazing and if you are reading this I still love the hair clip. Thanks for being my nurse and showing how much I matter. I rarely leave reviews but I made sure to leave one for you guys. THANKS AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Highly recommended!!! The whole team were very courteous, professional. They were on top of their game. They were ready to take care of their patients. Treat everyone with respect and dignity. I would HIGHLY recommend a friend or family member.

I had such an amazing experience here the nurses and ultrasound tech and the doctor were so gentle and made sure I was doing okay the whole time. It did take a long time but I feel that’s everywhere you go nowadays.

This is a hidden gem. I walked in last night with chest pains and his BP. Dr. Shah sp? brought me back himself and immediately was checking my vitals. My nurse Melissa came in and started an iv line for blood draws and an ekg. Seconds later, Fatima came in to give me a chest x ray bed side, then wheeled me off to the mri for an mri with contrast. The attention and care I got here was beyond my expectations. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and kept me informed the whole time. I will definitely come back here if we ever need to visit an ER again. Thank you to the Dr's, nurses, and front desk for being so kind to me.

What I like El Mirage 24/7 emergency room is the staff are friendly and accommodating. I don’t have to drive far since it is a block away from my home. The wait is shorter than most ER.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I fractured my ankle and they did not have a boot so they had to make a splint witch was not ideal otherwise excellent service

I came here and they immediately helped me, they took me in and examined me and gave me something for the pain right away and prescribed me some medication. It was really easy and I was in and out.

Before coming here, my daughter had a strong dislike of hospitals and ERs. The staff here were prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They changed my daughter’s mind about what medical staff can actually be. She was very appreciative of everything here. Thank you!!

The ER was fast efficient

Super welcoming staff, really cleanly place. Convenient, as it was really close to my house when I needed help. Amazing people. Thank you
