El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room

I had a wonderful experience at the El Mirage 24/7 Emergency Room. The check in was quick and the receptionist was very helpful. In the emergency room the entire staff were accommodating and kind. They also had a good sense of humor. I left with everything I needed to know to get better. I’m so thankful we have this great facility in our town.

I love this ER! There's barely any wait any the staff are amazing. Dr. Shah is awesome and he pitches in with the rest of his staff. My son is autistic and never exhibits behaviors at this ER due to the care and compassion. Shout out to Serenity as well. She constantly checked on my son and made sure he was comfortable. Thank you all for always making a stressful situation better.

Highly recommend to come here I brought my daughter here when she wasn't feeling well and needed medication and xrays done, we didn't know what to expect because it was the first time coming well let me tell you staff is super nice and welcoming and the doctor's are very professional, waiting time was very little and we were quickly helped thank you for actually caring for your patients and going above and beyond

Today my grandson take me to El Mirage ER, I don't need to wait, the staff take good care of me, and I have the best experience. Thank you all.

I will say. The staff was very professional. I really appreciate the nurse, she was great. The doctor was professional and great bed side manner.
They have labs onsite for quick work.

We had an emergency and the service was great, they were very knowledgeable, and fast at responding. The Doctors and nurses were friendly and great! I would definitely recommend coming here in an emergency.

So impressed with how quickly they took care of me. They did not hesitate to do what was needed to help me, make sure I was comfortable, and did it with a smile. They were so incredibly kind and patient with me and my mother. 10/10 would go back and get treated. Will recommend and remember this experience!

Beyond what I expected excelente doctors and really welcoming and nice staff the wait time is super short

I've had to visit here about 3 times now and every time has been quick, simple, and courteous. The staff is incredible and patient with my 7 year old that he doesn't even cry when getting an I.V.! Nicky is the nurse we had tonight and she was so kind & we greatly appreciate her!

Acceptable 24/7 super friendly and helpful staff

This was by far the most professional care I have ever received! I was beyond impressed with the care I received from the moment I walked into the door. Everyone was so professional and knowledgeable. The Dr made the time to sit with me and really take the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood. The nurses were amazing as well and continued to check on me and make sure I was doing ok. Hopefully I don’t need to go back but if I do i will definitely be going back to them! They are bringing healthcare back to the way it should be and you don’t see that very often anymore so thank you to all the staff there!
