Before coming to Dr Alphonso I was taking at least 15 medications. I was in the hospital a year prior with sepsis, and was seeing one specialist after the other for health issues. It’s a warm loving relationship, I feel and know that I’m being truly valued as a patient and not being took advantage of by a health care practitioner.

I am 78 years old and began my wellness journey with Dr. Alphonso in August, 2025. My most immediate concerns were a feeling of sluggishness and fatigue and high blood pressure. Recent blood work by my PCP showed elevated numbers of ALK Phos in my liver. Following the diet plan and taking the supplements recommended by Dr. Alphonso, in two months my energy doubled. I volunteered for a 2nd full day of teaching at the homeschool co-op where I work. Now at nearly four months in, both blood pressure ALK Phos numbers are within normal range. I randomly came across Dr. Alphonso (or "The Fonz" as he's known in my part of the woods) suuuuuuuuper randomly. Like, obviously it was the Lord.
