Dr. A is my go to professional for optimal, overall wellness! I first was referred to him because I was having severe skin issues (hives, acne, allergy-like reactions). The doctors and dermatologists I had been seeing were not able to diagnose the root cause or provide healing treatments. I was so impressed with the results I had with Dr. A for my skin issues that I’ve continued to work with him for nearly 8 years now. EIGHT YEARS! The positive impacts go much deeper than balanced skin. I have balanced gut health, sleep well, have regular and easy digestion, regular periods, etc. Such a phenomenal resource to have in the Syracuse area - highly, highly recommend if you’re serious about living your best life!

I started going to Dr.Alphonso a little over a year ago with complaints of my back constantly hurting. . I own my a construction company and with the constant bending over the years, I thought I would need surgery. Little did I know it was my kidneys that were causing my back pain. Dr. Alphonso knew exactly what to do and what regimen to put me on and my back has never felt better. I continue to go see him and he has uncovered a lot of underlying issues and has corrected them. My overall health has significantly improved after going to see him and taking his advice. Can't recommend him enough!

I randomly came across Dr. Alphonso (or "The Fonz" as he's known in my part of the woods) suuuuuuuuper randomly. Like, obviously it was the Lord. For about 18 months I had been seeing many different holistic practitioners with zero progress in my health status. But! For years I have struggled with eating right and feeling sick and tired all the time. Aches and pains for no reason. Within 2 weeks of seeing Dr. Alphanso I started seeing some results which has been life changing already for me. I have been unable to eat salads and raw vegetables without terrible bathroom repercussions for a very long time now. Asthma medication for 40 years. Asthma now gone.

I've been seeing Dr. Alphonso for 16 months now. I feel completely different and so much better. I follow the eating plan and know what I put in my body is crucial to better health. I sleep better than I have probably since before I had children (15 years) and have energy throughout the day. It's fascinating to come see him with a random symptom and have him find the root cause as something I would never guess. With the correct supplement, all is back to normal. I highly recommend Dr. Alphonso, but be ready to follow his plan!

Dr Alphonso has changed my life and my confidence. I was referred to him by one of his other patients because I was self-conscious about my acne as a young adult.
