Before coming to Dr Alphonso I was taking at least 15 medications. I was in the hospital a year prior with sepsis, and was seeing one specialist after the other for health issues. Doctors kept giving me more and more medications and I was not getting any better with multiple symptoms, multiple problems. I am 78 years old and began my wellness journey with Dr. Alphonso in August, 2025. My most immediate concerns were a feeling of sluggishness and fatigue and high blood pressure.
