Second time using classic care and was not disappointed in the slightest. My carpets were filthy ,had multiple stains and I was certain they weren’t going to turn out as good as they did. Not only were they cleaned beyond expectation, they were also done in a very timely matter. Can’t recommend this company enough! Will be using them again for sure!

Making an appointment was easy. The stated window when the technician was to arrive was accurate. Notice was given when the technician was on his way. Technician was friendly/courteous and efficient . Carpet looked awesome! Thank you!

Really excellent service! Any job they’ve done for me… carpets, vertical blinds and mini blinds were cleaned well. They are always professional, prompt, friendly and so accommodating, I always recommend them because they’ve been my “go to” since moving to Nanaimo in 1995 and very job has been done well. They are a wonderful company!

I am really pleased with the upholstery cleaning on my dining chair. It was a set in stain and next to impossible to remove. The team here put in the effort and treated the chair, when I received the call to pick it up I was informed that the stain hadn’t been totally removed after three treatments but had gotten a lot better. When I picked it up, I was shocked, it looks amazing! I don’t think anyone that didn’t know a stain that nasty was there would ever actually realize it had happened. It was pretty much invisible. I call that a major win! Thank you for caring and diligently working away at it. I want to bring the rest of my chairs in just for a general clean because it looks so amazing! Professional, good value, excellent service. I would certainly recommend! See you next time.

Classic Carpet did a great job of cleaning our stairs and bedroom carpets again. We have had them do our living room area rug several times, I am always surprised at how clean they get them. They are always punctual and professional.

Classic care took a huge load off my move. I was able to bring my blinds in and have them cleaned and looking good as new in 1 day.. pretty hard to beat. I fought trying to clean them for days. Don't do it! Bring them to classic care, you won't regret it.
