I saw they had a special machine that cleaned area rugs. I brought in my 44 yr. old handmade (Silk & cotton using veg. dyes) Turkish rug, bought outside the Grand Bazar in Istanbul. It had been cleaned a few times b4 when we’d had someone come in to clean carpets but not a really good thorough clean specifically for it.
I am overwhelmed by how amazing it looks. The colours have come back to life & are deep & earthy like when I 1st saw it in Istanbul & was drawn to buy it.

Great service and staff. Price was very reasonable. They were very flexible as we had to postpone the job at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. They adapted to our schedule.

Josh was amazing. He definitely had a challenge on his hand. I purchased a sectional that had some staining on it. I did not see upon purchase. He got it all out. It looks brand new extremely happy!

After some phoning around, I liked how this company responded quickly, and on the phone, even after several calls, James was unfailingly upbeat and helpful. The price was right as well. Then, on Friday, Jason shows up on time, ready, attentive, and eager to get to work. Once the job was done, I was briefed on how things went, got booties on, and went in to look around at the work done. Jason explained things thoroughly, and in all the price was well worth it for the overall experience.

Dropped off our area rug to Classic Care. Our senior pet had a few accident on the rug over a couple of months and our home carpet cleaner just couldn’t do the job. CC dipped the carpet in a solution to neutralize the odour then thoroughly cleaned it. I picked it up after a couple of days and it looks and smells great!!
