I recently used Classic Care to come in and clean the carpets of my Condo. I had a very short window to get the carpets cleaned as I sold my condo and bought a home and it all happened on the same day. Classic Care was supposed to come Friday which was the day I booked. When the tech called me prior I was stressed about the timing worried I wouldn't have the bedrooms cleared out for him to clean and he changed the schedule last minute to help alleviate my stress which I appreciated greatly. They were professional, quick, and did a great job with my carpets. I will absolutely use them again and recommend anyone who needs carpets done to go to them!

I recommend this company to clean stair carpets. They communicated really well leading up to the appointment and did a great job on ours. They did require a water outlet on the outside so it was lucky that we had one easily available. Would have been good to check that beforehand so they could prepare. Minor point, great job, will get them in again to do more.

I was very impressed with the work that Josh did. My dining room chairs look new again, my rocking chair has not been so clean for ages, and my carpet is perfect - it was dry before I went to bed. He also gave me a tip on washing my scatter rug. I did and it turned out very well.

I booked about 4 weeks ahead of when we would be ready to ensure we got the date we wanted and when the time came they confirmed, arrived and did the job as requested. Jason who came to clean was fabulous, very personable and generally a great fellow. The carpets look incredible and are so clean we are thrilled. Service was exceptional! I had a window for the tech to arrive and he arrived early! Graham was friendly, easygoing, professional and wonderful to deal with. He did a walk through of the process and what to expect and was very accommodating to the fact I was still doing some stuff in the unit. He did the work quickly and the carpet came out amazing! Every spot and mark was gone and I expected a few to still be there. My landlord was super happy with the job as well we had no issues getting our pet deposit back. Will be recommending you to others!

We had an excellent experience with Classic Care Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. Josh provided top notch service from start to finish. He was incredibly patient and professional, even when faced with a few unexpected challenges.

First, our office building's landlord had the exterior water shut off, which delayed the setup. Then, once everything was ready to go, Josh discovered a wasp nest and had to move all his equipment and hoses. What should have been a simple job must have really tested his patience, but he handled it all with a great attitude and zero complaints.

The results were fantastic. Our carpets looked better than they had in years. We were very impressed and would absolutely recommend Classic Care to anyone looking for quality service and great results. Thank you again, Josh.
