We have been using classic carpet care for as long as I can remember I believe we are one of their very first customers in Nanaimo. Their service has always been professional, consistent, and my carpets look and smell amazing!

I would describe our experience as excellent. Nathan and Josh were very receptive to my husband's many questions as well my own thoughts and questions.
