I love this service because they stay in touch with me. They kept the appointment we agreed to although the weather didn't cooperate. I am very pleased with Classic Care carpet and upholstery cleaning. They definitely got the heavy traffic areas very clean. There are some residue stains in the middle of the carpet. Our comfy old chair has an approved appearance. I would recommend Classic Care to friends.

The fellow who did the cleaning was very professional and pleasant. I had many urine stains from a diabetic pet and was shocked to see that he was able to remove all of them, the carpet looks wonderful. As well, we had a misunderstanding about doing one room and once I noticed it (he was packed up, ready to leave) he pulled his equipment back out and did the room immediately. Superior service

The gentleman was polite, on time, and very professional. He managed to get all but one small stain out of a bedroom. The area carpets were perfect, and my sofa looks like new. I will call them again.

The cleaning professional was on time, called ahead, confirmed and worked with us to clean the areas we wanted. He successfully removed stains that we did not think could be removed. He was friendly, cheerful and a pleasure to have in the house. He was carefful with his carpet cleaning equipment and was finished in no time. We are very happy and thought the price was reasonable. We will have him again when we need our sofa cleaned. Thank you.
