I am so impressed with Classic Care Carpet!! They are so professional and care about the service they provide. I had some very challenging carpet stains and they got them out!! They even followed up and came back when some of the stains resurfaced. My carpet looks brand new. I am delighted!

Got hold of someone right away when calling, and was impressed right away! Pleasant to talk to and went above and beyond to accommodate my short time line request! Got a call to follow up and confirm the appointment, the gentleman who showed up was on time and professional - worked swiftly and with care. Outstanding job/finished product!!!

Professional, thoughtful, honest, and an amazing job done on my wool rugs. I brought multiple rugs in, from the help bringing my rugs into the shop, to looking over each rug and being honest with what to expect, with amazing results in the end. I was grateful. Something we don't experience too much of these days is punctuality, politeness, competantcy. Our Classic Care serviceman was on time, was very polite and did an excellent job. This was not our first time using Classic Care and it definitely won't be our last. Highly recommended!

Mick and Classic Care Carpet was highly suggested to me by a friend. I called Mick after Christmas with my issue - a candle over the holidays had fallen off a coffee table and spilled wax and soot over an area on my beige carpet. I had already started the paper towel and iron routine to soak up the wax - Mck agreed that was the best way for me to handle it. We booked a full carpet clean and he said the company uses a special solution for situations like this.....but no guarentees. Josh,the technician, arrived promptly on time and was absolutely amazing with his focus on the problem area and the rest of the job. Two hours later, as planned, we had wet but clean carpets. Now 3 days later, we have dry, clean carpets with NO sign of wax or soot. My husband and I are thrilled as it was an eye sore center piece in our living room. We have used Classic Care Carpet cleaning for years and never disappointed with the quality of the cleaning but best of all is their excellent customer service. They will take the time to explain how to best clean a carpet or wall to wall and do a great job. They also have cleaned out Venetian blinds and very happy with those too.
