This company is consistently excellent with professionalism, customer service, care to detail, follow up, and most importantly excellent results.

We sold our house and are moving! Our house was all hardwood floors with area rugs. We decided to move into our new place with clean rugs. They cleaned each one to perfection! I can’t post any photos yet because all 7 are all still rolled up. Their work space is very clean and organized and they are highly professional and pleasant to deal with. They photograph each carpet and catalogue it on their computer along with other details, so there is no mix up. Nanaimo is lucky to have this service available at such a reasonable cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to entrust your rugs to them!

We had an 8x10 area wool rug gifted to us and when we took it to Classic Care We’re told it had Moths! A big surprise …. With their knowledgeable information and choices we left it In their capable hands. Ten days later after they treated the rug to remove the Moths, cleaned it and then applied another treatment to keep the Moths from enjoying another banquet….. we took it home! It is fresh, clean with beauty restored in our meditation room! It’s all safe for pets and our FurKids are all rolling around on it…. We are all very happy with the great service and quality of care and the people are all so helpful, happy and dedicated!! We will return!! Lucy and Ralph in Nanaimo

We were amazed at the difference in our area rug! When we dropped it off you could actually see the spot left from our coffee table. We had no idea how dirty our rug was! When we picked it up it was like brand new! No coffee table spot at all. Best cleaning job we have ever had

The fellow that came to do the cleaning was very professional and on time.

We had Josh clean our basement carpets and a chesterfeild, chair, and a poof. He did a wonderful job, and everthing looks just great. Will have him back for any other cleaning we in the future. Great job Josh

My experience with classic care was awesome. James and Nathan were very professional. Service was great and the cleaning was high quality. I had a sectional and chair cleaned along with an area carpet done at their shop. Carpet came back perfect. Very pleased with the results. Took my hallway runners into be cleaned. They had a lot of marks on them from pets.
They look brand new. So pleased with the service will be returning next week with area rug.Wonderful company to deal with.

Aiden did a very good job of cleaning the carpets on our stairs. He was able to remove the black marks left by my husbands boots. He also applied a protectorant that will help resist further staining. He was very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use Classic Care Carpet again!!

Had my 8’ x 10’ wool rugged cleaned. Was unsure how it would come out as it’s light in color and is wool. Gotta say these guys did an awesome job. Came back in perfect condition and clean as day 1! No hesitation at all to use them again and recommend to everyone.
