From my first call to Classic Care Carpet in Nanaimo, I felt that this was a very grassroots Business. They had excellent communication with me from the beginning of my call to the delivery of my area rug. James delivered my rug back to my house. My rug is very large, 8x10 and very thick! James helped me place it in the “perfect” position. He advised me that he cleaned it to. I am “over the moon” happy with how much it “pops” now. The rug has been in our family for 20 years. We do not know its origin. We bought it at an Auction house and it’s even more beautiful now!

I requested the same technician that I had last year(Aiden) as he was so nice to deal with and did a super job. I was not disappointed this year as he paid the same attention to detail and did an awesome job cleaning my wall to wall carpet. He is very thorough and professional and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Classic Care Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning came to clean our two love seats and dining room chair seats. They were very prompt and did a wonderful job!! We would definitely use them again!!

Our family has received 5 star service from Classic Care for over a decade and we recommend them to you. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and you can imagine the messes that have occurred over the years! Classic Care has met those challenges every year and the large area rug in our living room hasn't needed to be replaced because of their excellent service.

Nathan arrived promptly and worked diligently cleaning our condo building hall carpets and 2 sets of stairs. He did an awesome job and we are very pleased with the result.

Classic care is a professional cleaning company whom I have dealt with for years. They are polite, accommodating and quick. They will remove the carpet and once it is cleaned they will restore the room to its original form. This is very convenient for a person who is not able to move furniture. Everyone is kind and friendly and it is a pleasure to do business with Classic Care.
