My experience with classic care was awesome. James and Nathan were very professional. Service was great and the cleaning was high quality. I had a sectional and chair cleaned along with an area carpet done at their shop. Carpet came back perfect. Very pleased with the results. Took my hallway runners into be cleaned. They had a lot of marks on them from pets.
They look brand new. So pleased with the service will be returning next week with area rug.Wonderful company to deal with.

Aiden did a very good job of cleaning the carpets on our stairs. He was able to remove the black marks left by my husbands boots. He also applied a protectorant that will help resist further staining. He was very pleasant and efficient. I will definitely use Classic Care Carpet again!!

Had my 8’ x 10’ wool rugged cleaned. Was unsure how it would come out as it’s light in color and is wool. Gotta say these guys did an awesome job. Came back in perfect condition and clean as day 1! No hesitation at all to use them again and recommend to everyone.

I love Classic Care Carpet cleaning, they were friendly, sincere and very professional. My area rug looks amazing and it was done in Just a few days! There is obviously a really good reason they’ve been serving Nanaimo for so many years!

Classic care was able to fit us in a week early to get our clean done meaning we didn't have to lose revenue from a room being shut down for 2 weeks, only 1. They were courteous & Professional - did the job quickly & efficiently & we could immediately tell the difference between the carpet that had been cleaned & what had not yet. Unfortunately the dog pee we were hoping to have removed from the carpet was soaked too deep into the carpets under pad to leave entirely but they reduced the smell and problem significantly! We will call again, its a pleasure to work with Classic Care!
