Excellent service ! I was referred to Classic Care by another local business because I was looking for upholstery cleaning. I went in to discuss the cleaning that I needed and got excellent information and advice. The service was exactly as described, perfect result, reasonable cost and ready when they said it would be. Very, very happy with the service that I received.

Classic Care took a chance at cleaning a very stained black out blind. We were aware it could be damaged but said it was either this last chance, or the garbage. In the end the cleaning didn't work and it was so nice that Classic did not charge us for the attempt.

Customer service was excellent from booking date to arrival date was kept informed every step our cleaner was amazing in his experience and professional quality. Would highly recommend them to everyone!!

Great service including: reminder call, cleaner showed up on time and was very friendly and professional, let us know the price included one more room if we wanted it, was efficient and quick. Carpets came out looking clean except one high traffic area which I don’t think could have gotten any cleaner looking.

From the time I set up my appointments through to having my carpets done, nothing was amiss. Nathan was here on time, delivered my area carpet (very happy with the result) and then cleaned our carpets. He was very professional and we were very happy with the results.

On the day, we received text confirming when tech would arrive. Tech arrived and reviewed what was needed, promptly started and completed the job - 2 rooms had bad stains and 1 had lots of pet hair. Results fantastic. Also had couple area rugs that they took with them for us to pick up when done. Every step confirmed with email, text or phone call. We are extremely happy with the results, the tech and the service.
