This is the most professional service we have received. Cleaning of wall to wall carpet was scheduled 3 days after our call. Time and day confirmed by phone and text. On the day, we received text confirming when tech would arrive. Tech arrived and reviewed what was needed, promptly started and completed the job - 2 rooms had bad stains and 1 had lots of pet hair. Results fantastic. Also had couple area rugs that they took with them for us to pick up when done. Every step confirmed with email, text or phone call. We are extremely happy with the results, the tech and the service.

He arrived promptly, very friendly and had the job done quickly.

I was amazed how fast the job was done. The gentleman was very efficient and cooperative about moving things. The rug looked terrific and we were extremely pleased with the final result. Great job!

Would be a five star rating, except we had a different technician than the name we were given - which always makes things a little questionable. Satisfactory explanation was given, but one still wonders. Excellent job, very friendly and considerate of surroundings, worked very efficiently and we are very pleased with the results!

From the moment I walked into Classic Care's office to the time the service fellow appeared at my door and completed a full hour's cleaning, all was professional, timely and with excellent communication. I had Classic Care clean my living room furniture and a large area rug a few years ago and was extremely pleased with the results. I had never thought of having a mattress steam cleaned but I was given a used Queen mattress set that had been in storage for a long time and had them come in and clean it for me. I am very happy with the results and feel comfortable now having it as a bed for my guests. The staff is always so friendly and considerate.... I highly recommend them!! ~Jonnie
