Chris did a great job cleaning our carpets! He managed to get out some stains that we didn't think possible! Afterwards, he let us know where all of the "problem areas" were. Chris was very professional and took the time to explain the different services to us.

Carpet MD did a great job as always. They cleaned my master bedroom carpet, my couch and cleaned my dryer vent, all in one shot. All looked great and the guys were very service focused. I also loved that they kept my front door closed to keep flies out. Very happy. Thanks Carpet MD!!

I first used the Carpet MD September 2020 and to my utter delight, it was the best that my carpet has ever looked. It literally glowed, it was so clean. When I needed it refreshed this year, my only choice was once again, the Carpet MD. I am so pleased with Chris and his crew. Thank you for such an awesome job!

Carpet MD was recommended to us for a move-in carpet clean, and we are so glad we called. They were able to squeeze us in within our timeline and cleaned our carpets, top to bottom! Not only were they able to clean our carpets completely, but were also able to fix a few areas that were very loose (carpet had started to pile up). Chris was on time, explained the products, offered various options, and gave us updates throughout the day. The previous owners had pets, and the carpets needed A LOT of attention! Chris made sure they were throughly cleaned! Christie was easy to work with - giving us all the info we needed to make this appointment and keeping in communication about logistics. I am very pleased with my experience with Carpet MD. For me, it all starts with good communication and this team gets an A+ from me. The process of getting an on-site estimate was thorough, informative, comprehensive and the cost was right in line. Chris did an excellent job of protecting the site (the corner protectors were awesome!) Now to the carpet/area rug. This process left them so clean and fresh! They weren’t saturated and dried in about 6 hours! One tough stain required some extra attention and now it’s gone! I can happily recommend this service!
