We recently had Carpet MD come out to clean the tile floors in our bathroom and laundry room, and I am beyond impressed with the results! Even though we clean our floors every week, I couldn’t believe how much dirt they were able to remove. The difference was amazing. Alyssa did an absolutely fantastic job—she was professional, respectful of our space, and incredibly thorough. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. Our floors look brand new! I highly recommend Carpet MD to anyone looking for top-quality service. We will definitely be using them again!

Alyssa (and carpet MD) were great! The room over our garage is filled with two big couches and a heavy exercise bike, along with a lot of electronics. She moved everything expertly, and seamlessly. I also appreciated the care give to protecting all the house corners and stairs where the water hose could possibly rub.
She asked questions about things and answered all of mine, and her estimated drying time was spit on. They will be my go to for any future carpet cleaning

Second time using the company and impressed both times. Carpets look cleaner and you can smell the difference (we have pets). Techs were both professional, kind and respectful of my house. Will be a continued customer.

The Carpet MD folks were easy to communicate with. Averi called about 30 minutes ahead of arriving and was on time. He did an excellent job and was careful with our things. This was our first time using CarpetMD and we will use them again.

We have used Carpet MD for years and have always been very pleased. Alyssa came last week, and she was great. Ours is a 20 yr old light beige carpet, with many …. challenges — it looks wonderful now. She spent extra time to make the stairs as good as I’ve seen them, and showed me how to take care of per stains very well. Enthusiastic 5 stars.

I was concerned that our aging carpet would not look much better after cleaning. The last cleaning was in 2023, & there'd been lots of foot traffic, a dog who'd taken to vomiting @ the carpets edge @ times, & soiling in front of the sofa & recliner.

Highly recommend carpet cleaning by Carpet MD! Alyssa did an amazing job with our carpets. We have three dogs so between the odors and some stains, I was shocked when I came home and the carpet looked brand new! Very affordable price and well worth it!
