Having never submitted an insurance claim before, I was so grateful for their knowledge and guidance as I (and they) communicated often with my homeowners insurance claim rep. Carter is very responsive and I was regularly apprised of process and timeline. The subcontractors hired and supervised by 911Restoration were experienced, respectful, and all did a fine job rebuilding and replacing what was damaged by water. I will recommend Carter and 911Restoration to everyone I know as I have no hesitation using their service again myself.

Carter was exceptional to work with! I called a few companies to get estimates on repairing my daughter’s room after a roof leak, and Carter was the fastest to respond and also gave a fair quote! We had a mold issue that we had to cover out of pocket. It was unclear how extensive the mold was, and it turned out to be less than we imagined. Carter and the Team at 911 Restoration were very fair with us, professionally resolving the issue without performing unnecessary work, and saving us money. It would have been easy for a less scrupulous company to take advantage of us, and I’m glad to say 911 Restoration is an organization with integrity.

Carter and his people were so great to work with! They arrived almost immediately after we called, to assess the damage.
They then began the cleanup and drying process for us, which took 5 days! They were super-concerned about us, and did everything possible to ensure our safety and comfort. We can't say enough good things about them and the way they took care of us! We are especially happy about the extra effort they took in moving and safeguarding our 1927 grand piano. We are very grateful for all they did for us, and recommend them highly to anyone needing restoration services!

I can not say enough amazing things about 911 Restoration! Carter showed up on Superbowl Sunday within 30 minutes of the call. He and his brother set up everything quickly. I highly recommend 911 Restoration. Their communication was excellent, providing timely updates and photos of the work. The craftsmanship displayed was top-notch, ensuring quality restoration.

These guys were at our house (in Kanab) within 2 hours of my call to them. Our basement had 3 to 4 inches of water the week before Christmas. They took care of all of the clean up, helped up with insurance claims and coordinated with other needed contractors. They spent everyday there until it was cleaned up and dry. They were responsive and professional. I highly recommend their services.

By the time I got home, Carter had everything under control.

I called because I had a leak around the toilet that affected the subfloor. Carter asked me a few questions and said he'd swing by later in the day to take a look. He provided a fair and comprehensive evaluation of the situation. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and how he would go about fixing it. I asked several questions and he took his time to answer them. Never once did he seem rushed or annoyed with the multiple questions I asked.
