Carter was very friendly and professional. He came out and looked at our situation and helped us find solutions to address our problems. Instead of being pushy and salesy, he gave us some cheaper options that we could get at a local store to fix our problems rather than pushing us to pay to have some professionals come in and charge a lot more.

911 restoration has been great to work with. When we had a large rain storm this last summer, there were multiple homes in the area that were affected by the heavy rain and flooded basements. They were well organized and responded quickly to mitigate further damage to our home. Carter who is on their staff has been really easy to work with through the insurance process while we were fighting with them to get payment for the work that had been done. Great experience!

Such a great and reliable company. Carter was great to work with. Fair and honest in dealing with them through mitigation of extensive water damage in our building. It is refreshing to have someone work with you and have your best interests in mind. I highly recommend them!

We thought we might have a mold problem, but couldn’t see any evidence. Carter thoroughly looked using a Fleer camera and Moisture Meter in addition to a visual inspection. We needed him to look at every water source in our house. I was so impressed! This is my go-to company for my restoration needs!

I am an airbnb host, and my guests called us saying there was fecal sewage coming out the drains and flooding the downstairs, on Memorial Day weekend 😭😭!

It was so hard to find a plumber to come cause of the holidays. For restoration, 911 restoration was recommended to me and Carter picked up right away when I called! My house was kinda far, but they packed up and gathered their crew right away! They did a great job, saved our house and was very thorough!

I hope I don't have another emergency, but if I need restoration, I will 100% call them.

I would give them 6 stars if I could!! We had a flood in our basement, and these guys were so good to work with!! I was so devastated when I saw how bad my basement flooded. They were complete life savers. They helped empty the bedroom furniture out, and helped tear out the carpet and pad! I’m so grateful for the dehumidifiers to help get rid of any wet smell! The employees were such hard workers!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone when a crisis hits!!

I don't even know where to begin! This company is incredible! St. George had a streak of a few days/weeks of a bunch of rain (monsoon season) and as you can see from the picture one night my basement received the brunt of one of the storms. (Check out the water level in the window). I didn't know what to do and I was in a panic. I reached out to 911 Restoration and I can not believe how quickly they responded! They made my emergency and disaster there number one priority. They had a team of guys that came in and tackled my disaster. They did everything! They were so quick and so efficient! Because of there extremely quick response the damage was mitigated. It could have been so much worse with mold and more water damage but they got in so quick and got everything dried out. I can't thank them enough! I am so glad I made the call! These guys saved me thousands in additional damages...

We opened the door to the small utility/storage room in our garage to discover that the water heater had been slowly leaking. There was water everywhere, paint was peeling off the wet drywall, and mold was everywhere. Yuck!

Thank goodness for 911 Restoration! I was so impressed with how quickly Brad and Dustin arrived to assess the situation. Water damage and mold stress me out, but their caring and expertise put my mind at ease. Brad completed the repairs efficiently and thoroughly, with quality work and great customer service and communication.

Dustin Sullivan is fantastic! He came out quickly, listened to all my concerns, and checked the water damaged area in my home thoroughly for mold. He was friendly and explained the clean up process before he started. Fortunately, there was no mold. I would definitely recommend Dustin and 911 .
