911 Restoration of Southern Utah

These guys were at our house (in Kanab) within 2 hours of my call to them. Our basement had 3 to 4 inches of water the week before Christmas. They took care of all of the clean up, helped up with insurance claims and coordinated with other needed contractors. They spent everyday there until it was cleaned up and dry. They were responsive and professional. I highly recommend their services.

Quick and professional they were very communicative with all the information we needed and gave us a good time frame for when all the work would be done.

I was out of town when I received the call from my spouse that the water heater had failed and the water had leaked into our home. Not being satisfied with a previous restoration company, we searched online and choose 911 Restoration of Southern Utah. I couldn't have been happier with that decision. By the time I got home, Carter had everything under control.

I called because I had a leak around the toilet that affected the subfloor. Carter asked me a few questions and said he'd swing by later in the day to take a look. He provided a fair and comprehensive evaluation of the situation. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and how he would go about fixing it. I asked several questions and he took his time to answer them. Never once did he seem rushed or annoyed with the multiple questions I asked. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for restoration services.

Carter did a great job explaining and fixing the situation. They were fast, clean, and thorough. I hope I never need a restoration company again, but if I did, I would call them.

911 restoration did an amazing job helping me after my basement flood! They helped me get the mess cleaned up right away, were great listeners, took care of finding contractors to fix up the damage and helped me sort things out with my insurance. They unburdened me during this stressful situation and made it all much easier to deal with and fix. I highly recommend them.

911 Restoration was awesome working with us on our water heater damage! Quick response time, thorough clean up, good communication and frequent updates. John M

Carter was very friendly and professional. He came out and looked at our situation and helped us find solutions to address our problems. Instead of being pushy and salesy, he gave us some cheaper options that we could get at a local store to fix our problems rather than pushing us to pay to have some professionals come in and charge a lot more.

911 restoration has been great to work with. When we had a large rain storm this last summer, there were multiple homes in the area that were affected by the heavy rain and flooded basements. They were well organized and responded quickly to mitigate further damage to our home. Carter who is on their staff has been really easy to work with through the insurance process while we were fighting with them to get payment for the work that had been done. Great experience!

Such a great and reliable company. Carter was great to work with. Fair and honest in dealing with them through mitigation of extensive water damage in our building. It is refreshing to have someone work with you and have your best interests in mind. I highly recommend them!

They were professional and a timely service

The whole experience with 911 has been a pleasure and relieved all of our concerns. Carter & Peyton were so responsive, responsible, and respectful during the process. Great Job, thanks, Gary & Mo

This company has been terrific to deal with & have been so attentive to our needs. Based upon our total experience, we can recommend 911 Restoration as a great company to deal with when a home emergency strikes unexpectedly.

We appreciate their willingness to come to our home and provide a free estimate. We are further appreciative of the honesty and integrity of Carter and his advice on how to proceed. He provided an honest assessment and was not just looking for another job.

Had water damage caused by rain and they came out quick with help. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thanks for the help

We called because our rental company was very slow to respond to a small flood that we had. They came within an hour of us calling. They were very thorough and professional through the whole process. I would recommend them to everyone.

Had a leak and they had some one come out right away to get an estimate. They are so easy to work with and so helpful! Work with my work schedule to be able to get the job done!! Would recommend 100%!! Thank you 911 Restoration!

Excellent service! Very thorough! Very professional! This is the company you want to work with.

We thought we might have a mold problem, but couldn’t see any evidence. Carter thoroughly looked using a Fleer camera and Moisture Meter in addition to a visual inspection. We needed him to look at every water source in our house. I was so impressed! This is my go-to company for my restoration needs!

I would give them 7 stars if I could!

Carter came by and did a thorough inspection. I am very pleased with his services. Very professional behavior. Give him a raise it's hard to find people like that.

I can’t say enough good things about Carter and this company. They came out same day to look into a water damage issue for me and advised me on how to proceed. I recommend them!

I am an airbnb host, and my guests called us saying there was fecal sewage coming out the drains and flooding the downstairs, on Memorial Day weekend 😭😭!

It was so hard to find a plumber to come cause of the holidays. For restoration, 911 restoration was recommended to me and Carter picked up right away when I called! My house was kinda far, but they packed up and gathered their crew right away! They did a great job, saved our house and was very thorough!

I hope I don't have another emergency, but if I need restoration, I will 100% call them.

Dustin and his team did an amazing job cleaning up my store! Super professional and fast.
