911 Restoration was so great to work with! We had a water break in the wall. They came within the hour and took care of everything! They brought a plumber to stop and fix the broken regulator. They did everything from moving all my stuff from the room, fixing the problem, pulling up flooring, cutting out drywall, drying the room, etc. They worked with us through the whole process to complete restoration of the room. They even helped put everything back. They worked well with the insurance adjuster and explained everything to us throughout the process. They were honest, transparent, and kind. I will definitely refer them to friends and use them again if the need arises. Thank you Carter and Dylan! What a great company to work with.

They came out fast. Once we got the water shut off and the plumber came outto repair the broken pipe The 911 guys were on the scene with vacuums and fans and dehumidifier. They moved everything out of the affected areas, we didn't have to. They even secured the area with clear sheets to keep our pets safe and any possibility of mold from what was left of our home. Excellent!!!!

This company is absolutely fantastic! These guys really know the meaning of the words customer service. We had a sewage back up in a commercial building that we own. It was on Labor Day weekend. Our tenants (A learning center) and dozens of children needed to be back in on Tuesday morning. 911 was willing to come in on a holiday weekend at their normal rate and their response was immediate. Other companies were not willing to help us out on a holiday weekend without doubling their fees. I can’t say enough good about this company and the people that work there. They are now in my contacts as my go-to cleanup and restoration company.

Carter is the best! The service was excellent. The project was completed very efficiently, and throughout the process you consistently communicated with me and guided me through working with the insurance company for the first time. All of the subcontractors that were used were very professional and easy to work with. Overall, the entire process felt seamless.

Fantastic team. Dylan was very helpful. We had a water leak that went undetected for awhile. Very professional kept us updated along the way.

Carter and Dylan went above and beyond to help us out! They listened to our concerns and used excellent problem solving skills to determine what was causing our moisture and mold problems. They made sure that everything was ok, and safe, to go ahead and remodel our whole bathroom and shower. They oversaw the repairs that we needed from each different contractor, and made sure that things went smoothly and that we were satisfied with the results. I just can’t express how grateful and appreciative we are of all of their hard work and help. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without them. They also did an amazing job of communicating with the insurance and making sure that the insurance would cooperate with us, and take care of our repairs! Really took a lot of stress out of a really hard situation!

Water supply line to the master bathroom toilet split causing flooding of the house. 911 Restoration was quick to get started on the water removal to help reduce the possibility of more damage and mold.

I cannot recommend 911 Restoration more! We had mold in our upper and lower bathrooms. Carter came over and gave us an honest assessment. He could have recommended that both bathrooms required remediation but he was honest and told us that only one needed remediation. Carter was thorough in his evaluation and testing. He answered all of our questions with professionalism, patience, and empathy for the situation. Carter and Dylan did an amazing job with the remediation. They were fast, thorough, friendly, and super clean despite the demolition. They covered all of the floors, our stairs, and made sure everything was contained and safe. I appreciate both of them for all they did to help us with a frustrating circumstance. I would give them a 10-star review if I could.
