When you have a broken pipe and your basement floods you will want to call 911 Restoration. They were prompt, thorough and very conscientious. I've been around many restoration companies and by far 911 restoration has a unique way on how they protect the furniture and carpet. I give 911 Restoration 5 stars I would give them 10 if I could. After a flood at my mom’s house which no one resides we asked a handyman neighbor to please remove the carpet. He said he would he didn’t 2 weeks later we had mold. I was recommend 911 restoration I called them immediately they traveled 2 hours and started the process of removing the carpet, walls and getting rid of the mold. After about 2 weeks of cleaning the air and making sure there wasn’t any mold spores left they gave us the thumbs up. Carter kept in touch with me almost daily to give me up dates on the progress. They worked well with me and the insurance company. Carter has answered every question I had even those not with the removal of the carpet and the drywall. He helped me with other part of getting it ready to be repaired. I would recommend this company to anyone who has water damage or an emergency arise....

We had a sewage back up. 911 restoration came immediately, they were professional, considerate, worked hard, cleaned up and helped us deal with insurance, and they restored our room beautifully! We had a great experience with them. I highly recommend.

911 Restoration of Southern Utah were amazing. They came at 10pm and stayed until 3am, then cleaned and did EVERYTHING. We couldn’t have done it without them. We had the misfortune of a renter leaving our apartment covered in cat urine. Even after extensive cleaning it still reeked. I happened to choose 911 Restoration because they gave us the best price estimate, and we were very happy with the results. They were able to come start the process the next day, and made a horrible situation so much easier to deal with! Everyone we worked with were friendly and professional, especially Dylan and Carter.
