My experience with Canine Safety Systems was great. Everybody I talked with was helpful and wanting to make it work for us and our dogs. Larry and Courtney came out and did a great job, and were fun and professional, and easy to work with.They gave us great training guidance and rules ,and were very positive that even our escape artist Samoyed male could be contained in the system, with the training. Would definitely recommend.

Each employee I dealt with was professional and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was seamless and quickly completed, with a thorough training to follow. I felt that the value was comparable to other companies but the service was way better because they are family-owned and operated. I highly recommend.

Happy to have installed Pet Stop. More happy to have it serviced by them. After planting bushes I cut the line in places and the team care right out to repair the damage. Very professional and easy to work with.

We had a tremendous experience from estimate to installation to training. The people in the office were helpful the couple of times that I called preinstall They were able to answer my questions and address my concerns. The install team of Courtney and Larry was so professional but also friendly. They gave suggestions of how to improve the install and assured that I was happy with the outcome. I am unable to walk distances therefore could not participate in the training. Courtney and Emily took over the training with Chewie on the first day. Courtney came back the next day to teach my husband how to do the training. She was terrific. She explained what we needed to know about the system and answered all of our questions. I will be sure to recommend Pet Stop in the future.

Pet stop, came out and installed the electric fence in the morning. Immediately following that we received instructions on how to train our two puppies. It is only the third day and they are already respecting the boundaries without any issues… Knock on wood. All staff were, professional and very knowledgeable. We could not have asked for a better experience!

I have just installed my second Pet Stop system. My first system was installed 12 years ago, we lost our friend last year, time had pasted and we decided to bring another friend. I pulled out the collar and all the equipment to see if my original would work. I called Pet Stop and learned I would be dealing with a different. The representative from the new office, came to my house, she checked the wire and an overhaul was due to cutting 28 very large Ash trees,. They provided a quote on the past, I told them to go about. They finished putting the new wire into today. I give them 10 stars. Great

Canine Safety System is great! They installed my original system about 15 yrs ago. In that time we never had any problems. Unfortunately a tornado tore trees down and the stumps had to be removed and the underground wires along with them. Canine Safety Systems put new wire in the ground and I updated the collar to the new technology for our new puppy. I kept the old, still useable collar as a spare for visiting dogs. Larry and Emily did an awesome job installing the fence through roots in the yard and Emily stayed around to train the puppy. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

We had some tree stumps ground out and didn't think to warn them about the fence. The guys from Pet Stop were great. They came out to the house in just a couple days. They fixed our fence in about 15 minutes. Very pleasant and professional.

We had a great experience with our flag and training session. Courtney was extremely patient and explained everything in great detail. She was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I feel confident that Canine Safety Systems will be able to meet all of our needs.

We’ve had great experiences with Pet Stop for all our dogs. The installation was seamless, the products are durable, and their guidance on training is excellent. We have had our system for years and it’s still working great and was totally worth the investment! Every person we’ve spoken to or worked with has been courteous and helpful, and (rightfully) enthusiastic about what they do.

Pet Stop installed Jet's underground fence on Monday. The team did an excellent job and managed to bury the fence despite the boulders and large rocks around the property. If it weren't for the flags they placed (to alert Jet to his boundaries) you would never know they had been here! We had an invisible fence at our former home so Jet knew what the flags meant and has already learned the boundary. Jet can now be out in the yard without worry that he will leave the yard. A Huge THANK YOU to the team!
