I love Canine Safety Systems because their employees are the BEST!!! I have always had very positive experiences with everyone I’ve dealt with….. from the installation of the fence, the training of the product, and the customer service on the phone. Just a very professional and a very caring company!

So far we are in week two of training on the electric fence... We have high hopes! Larry and his crew did a great job installing. Courtney gets two huge thumbs up for her patience in explaining and training both of us and our dogs.

I thought the men who came out were professional, did the job efficiently and correctly and trained my dog with me along boundary lines. I would give this company a five star just for the fact that they knew what they were doing and explained directions in great detail! You could also tell that this company and the men who came out really cared for animals. Very pleased thus far.

Very prompt. They were able to come out the same day as my call. My electric dog fence was down and needed to be repaired right away. Technician very friendly and helpful in both technical and training methods.

I’ve had my original system for over 20 years and 7 dogs. It has never failed me. The folks are wonderful and always there when I need new flags for a new dog, batteries or an adjustment to strength. I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic

Highly recommend the PA location. Every staff member is friendly and kind. It’s obvious that they love animals and their job installing invisible fences. When I had trouble eight months after install, they responded immediately and helped retrain one of my dogs. The price point was a fraction of a physical fence- which would be problematic on my property anyway.
My dogs have so much fun going in and out of the house on sunny days. I have peace of mind they are safe.

I absolutely love canine safety systems because of Courtney and her amazing service call! She was endearing and so amazingly thorough. I am so glad you bought the company in Berks county because I couldn’t take the other company any longer. Every time I need to call I would get shivers up my spine.
