Excellent customer service from start to finish. I had need for a service call after a neighbor installed a physical fence and hit our line. We were scheduled for repair in a day, and the technician was remarkably friendly and efficient. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Great company that we're glad to have found. We asked them to come out, ahead of having our yard aerated, to trace an older, flimsy, DIY invisible fence system the previous property owners had installed. Amanda was fantastic in helping us map it out, quickly identified all the breaks, and really took the time to educate us and talk through all the ins and outs of our options. There was no sales pressure whatsoever, and she really went above and beyond. When we're ready to install invisible fencing for our own dog in the near future, we'll definitely be working with them.

Pet Stop will be my only call moving forward when it comes to our Invisible Fence system!

Invisible Fence said they could come out 3+ weeks from now to service my issue, while Pet Stop was able to come out same day.

The customer service was great. They returned my call promptly to schedule an appointment for the technician to repair my invisible fence. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, identified a secondary break in the line, and was very efficient. Overall the entire process was easy from my inquiry until the job completion. We love Pet Stop. They are so easy to work with and accomodating/flexible We have had our electric fence for 18 years and have had one issue with the wiring, due to a landscaping issue. Sean found the problem and fixed it quickly, as well as going around the various beds and staking flags so we can make sure this problem doesn't occur again. A great company. Highly recommend.

I love canine safety system and would not be without it. I have two dogs and I can just let them out and they can enjoy running around and I don't have to worry about them
But I also like when they put the fence in, they show you how to train your dogs for the fence. They just don't let you hang. It's easy to follow and I didn't have any problems with my dogs. They really care about your pet.
I have had them for many years and I don't know what I would do without them I recommend them to anyone who cares about their animals and wants to keep them safe. Especially now when people can set fireworks off anytime.
I definitely give them five stars.

He explained and wrote everything down for us so we know how to train our pup. He was very gentle training our pup and demonstrated exactly what to do

We got a Pet Stop fence installed for our puppy today and it was quick and easy from start to finish! The training portion also went extremely smooth! I would recommend this company a thousand times over!

My little puppy chases everything outside my yard. I needed something to stop her. She tried to run after a dog in the street the shock stopped her after a couple days so far so good. They did a nice job installing the electric fence. Emily and Sean were excellent. I know I have work ahead of me but I’m confident this fence will help keeping Maxy safe.

Very informative and great installation

I love Canine Safety Systems because I needed a system rebooted that had not been used in 10 years and CSS had installed almost 20 years ago.They scheduled me within 2 weeks. Our technician Sean, fixed the system and had us up and running and we completed a training session all within 4 hours. We have about 6 acres of system and he found 1 compromised section and he modified the system slightly for our current dogs needs. It was really hot out and he was so patient with our dog and such a pleasure to work with. The personnel at this company are friendly. The two technicians that came to test and repair my broken fence knew what they were doing. The fence is back operating. They did not try to sell me any new equipment, just repair my fence. I would use this co. again without hesitation!
