Very quick response between interest and install, and very thorough! Excellent communication and spends time going through the options without feeling pushy. The dog training was very helpful and feel encouraged that if I need them again I have access to them. Would recommend this company!

Sean came out to my house the day of install and we walked the property with me and came up with different ideas on how run the wire safely despite some hurdles that my house had! I met Emily at the end and she helped me train my dog at the end. Again, she was also knowledgeable and helpful. She took time with me to go over all the training and I felt confident.
And of course, Ashley in the office was always there to answer any questions.
I can’t say enough good things about my fence install for my dog. Their customer service and commitment to quality work there is A++++. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I am very impressed with the prompt and professional service I received from Canine Safety Systems. They really care to make sure your pet’s fence is properly set to the size, weight, and age of your dog. I highly recommend them for new owners because they take the time and go the extra step to make sure your dog is trained professionally.

PetStop system is great. Canine Safety Systems was great to work with. They came by and quickly diagnosed a broken wire left from previous owner. Repaired it and had the fence up and running the next day. Fast, professional and easy to work with - highly recommend!

Great communication, information, options, and training!!

Everyone is so knowledgeable, courteous and overall helpful. About a 15 months ago Shawn and Amanda came to my property for a repair. I was amazed how pleasant they remained during the considerable amount of digging on a hot summer day. They are a true asset to their company. We've been with Pet Stop for decades and couldn't imagine going to any other company

They are the best! Our fence had stopped working so we called and a very nice and patient woman talked ups through checking the transmitter and receivers. They were all working so that meant there had to be a break in the underground wire. They sent out a tech a few days later and he quickly found the break, fixed it and was well again. Absolutely great customer service! Highly recommend them !

Great product, professional technicians, and you can tell they love animals.

We got the pet fence installed for our 3 large dogs, about 650 feet of fence was installed. It seems to be working great. It was really nice that training came with the fence so we understood how to help the dogs learn the fence. Hoping we can have a very positive outcome with our dogs and this fence once they're out of their training period. Staff has been very helpful and friendly through the whole process.
