Reactivating our existing system on our property when we got a new dog was easy and seamless! Emily showed us everything we needed to know to train our dog and she started to get it immediately.

Very Professional, Got the job done efficiently and quickly, explained everything in great detail and you can tell that they are animal lovers!

I thought the men who came out were professional, did the job efficiently and correctly and trained my dog with me along boundary lines. I would give this company a five star just for the fact that they knew what they were doing and explained directions in great detail! You could also tell that this company and the men who came out really cared for animals. Very pleased thus far.

Awesome as always!! Canine is a great company to work with and very responsive to calls and emails. Highly recommend!

Very prompt. They were able to come out the same day as my call. My electric dog fence was down and needed to be repaired right away. Technician very friendly and helpful in both technical and training methods.

So far we are in week two of training on the electric fence... We have high hopes! Larry and his crew did a great job installing. Courtney gets two huge thumbs up for her patience in explaining and training both of us and our dogs.

Overall experience was wonderful. Easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable

Very informative & professional. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dog fence installation!

From the inquiry phone call to the final installation Canine Safety Systems were informative, caring and gave us exactly what we were hoping for. We explained what we were looking for and were given a quote over the phone in minutes. From there, Amanda came out and created an easy to understand plan going forward. She was very thorough and explained in detail what to expect. Finally Sean came out and installed in just a couple of hours. He then took his time beginning the necessary training one on one with both of our dogs. We are extremely satisfied with the level of expertise and system we revived.

Kelly was pleasant and thorough.. She explained everything and I can call Pet Stop anytime I have questions. I would highly recommend.

Canine safety people we met with today were very professional and helpful answering questions. They did a great job and were very friendly. They explained everything to us in simple directions so it was easy to understand.

I’ve had my original system for over 20 years and 7 dogs. It has never failed me. The folks are wonderful and always there when I need new flags for a new dog, batteries or an adjustment to strength. I highly recommend them!!

Fantastic

Highly recommend the PA location. Every staff member is friendly and kind. It’s obvious that they love animals and their job installing invisible fences. When I had trouble eight months after install, they responded immediately and helped retrain one of my dogs. The price point was a fraction of a physical fence- which would be problematic on my property anyway.
My dogs have so much fun going in and out of the house on sunny days. I have peace of mind they are safe.

I absolutely love canine safety systems because of Courtney and her amazing service call! She was endearing and so amazingly thorough. I am so glad you bought the company in Berks county because I couldn’t take the other company any longer. Every time I need to call I would get shivers up my spine.

We had a great experience. Courtney made sure everything was explained thoroughly and we knew exactly what to do with the app and system. Definitely recommend!!

Great system and great service!! Very informative installation. Thanks Courtney.

Pet Stop by Canine Safety Systems is so easy to work with. All the personnel that I have met have been so nice and helpful. I would recommend Pet Stop to anyone.

Easy set up, great customer service, in-depth knowledge.

Emily was very thorough with the training directions with us humans and kind and loving to our dogs

Person was very knowledgeable and helpful

Excellent service. The trainer, Courtney formed. an immediate bond with my puppy and the training instruction was very effective. The training she provided me on what to do next was well thought out and she didn’t leave until she was sure I fully understood what was expected of me. Training a dog to stay in a yard is critical to their safety and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Canine Safety Systems.

Canine Systems did an outstanding job from installing the wires exactly where we wanted, showing us how to train our dog, reviewing all paperwork, explained all directions including learning how to use the app

Great company!

I really love this company & staff, from the ppl who work in the offices to the techs that come to install. This is the 2nd time using them, as I’ve moved. Fenceline is very effective. Warning area gives the dogs ample time to rethink the boundaries. Not overly expensive for having peace of mind!
