Our moving team consisting of Milton, Segundo, Randolph, and Marlem were exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and professional they wasted no time and ensured everything made its way undamaged to our new house. I really appreciate the teams attention to where everything should be placed in the new home. They packed items with care and were cautious with large or valuable items. I never felt worried during the moving process with this team. I applaud their work ethic, confidence, and competence to execute a flawless transition for our belongings. Would give 5 stars but our Sales Person was non-responsive after signing us up. Office staff Autumn and Kiera stepped up and were very good. The movers that picked up and the 2 that dropped off were exceptional. The packing was exceptional. We will use 495 movers again.

495 Movers were well priced and fantastic at what they do. They arrived on time, were super communicative, and got us packed and moved quickly and efficiently. Day 1, a three man team packed the house, and Day 2 they loaded everything up and unloaded everything at the new house. Super friendly as well!

They offered me great, reasonable pricing for my short move. The movers were very professional and efficient during the moving process. I also appreciated they offered free boxes and wrapping materials before the movers showed up.

They handled my long-distance move like it was nothing. Really couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had an excellent experience with 495 Movers! They were able to accommodate us with only a few weeks notice to move antique furniture and a high-end/fragile dining room set from my mother's home to ours. They immediately got to work prepping the home to care for the carpet and walkways, as well as prepping the furniture so that nothing got damaged. They even prepped some boxes I asked to be moved with more packing paper so nothing would break. Once arriving at our home, they again made sure everything was protected and spent time helping us set pieces in place. The crew was very professional, friendly, and polite. I was very impressed and highly recommend this company!

I had a good experience with 495 Movers. From the consultation with Justin, to the office staff I spoke with by email, phone, and in person, to the actual moving crew. Friendly, professional, and even easily accommodated when I had to move the date. The move crew was careful, professional, polite, communicated well, and left no damage to either the homes or the contents moved.

From start to finish they made it as painless as moving can be. Milton Contreras , the move foreman, was efficient and communicated well with us and his team. Randolph, Milton and Miguel did a great job packing up and out. No issues with damage or loss. All timeframes and expectations met. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time we've used 495 Movers. The second being even a better experience than the first. The team was prompt and courteous during the move out of our rental. They were kind to take great care moving into our new house, with newly refinished hardwood floors throughout - the day after a strong rain storm.

No issues at all, they completed the whole move two hours ahead of schedule. I will not be moving again for a very very very long time. But will use them if I do.

Used them to move an antique (100 years old) dinning room table and an antique (80 years old) dresser. Threw in a young (30 years old) dresser as well.

Two items were going to a storage unit and one item was going to my home. The crew called me when they were 30 min out. They arrive and took 10 minutes to view the items and plan how to wrap the items and take them to the truck.

They went right to work breaking down the table into its individual sections. They then carefully wrapped and labeled each section. The same care was given to both dressers.

They delivered to my home address first. Viewed the best path forward from the loading dock to my apartment. They even moved and adjusted furniture in NY home to make sure the new addition fit.

Very professional company with excellent communication and competitive pricing. Movers arrived right on time and loaded up my apartment much faster than expected. Nothing was broken or damaged during transportation. I had already wrapped most furniture pieces but they also provided free wrapping as well in case you didn't. I even got a call during the middle of the move just to check in how things were going. I also appreciated the free boxes, packing paper and tape. Overall highly recommend for anyone moving in the DC area!

I was very pleased with professionalism, efficiency and personal care that we received from our 3-person team.
