495 Movers Inc

They did great work from start to finish with evaluating our apartment and belongings for packing to getting everything packed on the day of the move and getting us all moved in. We went from Rockville to Frederick and things went really well. Very communicative all the way through the process.. Highly recommend.

From the intake of information to picking up boxes and tape to the movers, this group was friendly and professional.

We had a great experience with 495 Movers. From our first call to the front office, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Plus, they gave us moving supplies for free, which was a huge benefit and saved us some money.

The actual move couldn’t have gone better. We had a ton of stuff in our three-story townhouse, but the team handled everything without a hitch. They even helped pack up things we hadn’t gotten to yet. The movers worked hard, took care with our fragile items, and made the whole process way less stressful than we expected.

Great people, great company.. Smiling yet hard working.. very helpful.. highly recommended

Absolutely Fantastic Moving Experience!

495 Movers made what is usually a stressful process completely seamless! From the moment I contacted them, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly organized. The movers showed up on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently without cutting corners.

We've used 495 Movers for multiple moves, and always have a great experience. Being able to get free boxes makes a big difference, and the communication prior to the move is friendly and professional. I always recommend their services to anyone who's looking for a reliable and smooth moving experience.

Timely, efficient, and organized! Would recommend these moving services.

I needed a bunch of furniture moved around a house. Think sofa beds around enclosed stairs with corners (one up, one down), dressers up/down floors and lots of miscellaneous re-arranging.. The 2 guys were polite and super careful and up for the challenge!

Workers were professional and fast with the move. They communicated thoroughly everything that was in the contract!

I want to give a huge shout-out to 495 Movers! This was my first time using them, and I’m beyond impressed. They made my whole move so easy and stress-free. The team was professional, respectful, patient, clean, fast, and super careful with everything.

What really stood out is that they also take care of any garbage or old items you want to get rid of — such a huge help! Plus, they offer storage, which was perfect since I needed a place to keep some of my things until my new home was ready.

I had an amazing experience and highly recommend 495 Movers to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving company!

I want to give a huge shout-out to 495 Movers! This was my second time moving with them, and I am absolutely satisfied - I really trust this company.
They're professional, respectful, patient, clean, fast, careful, and super attentive to their customers. I had such a great experience again and totally recommend them!

We had a great experience doing a local move with 495 Movers. The team arrived on time and was diligent, efficient, communicative throughout the move. We recently had floors redone and they were very careful with them. I would highly recommend!

Carl Highly Recommends 495 Movers Inc to their friends & family!

The team of workers from 495 Movers were great. They were on time, professional, courteous and flexible. They worked efficiently and were responsive to and respectful of our needs. The administrative side of things could have been better. There were too many redundant calls about the same or similar topics from different people, giving the impression that communication within the organization could have been more efficient. Also, the multiple emails regarding insurance caused confusion. Overall, the experience was great and I would recommend 495 Movers to family and friends.

Used 495 movers to move my storage units stuff to my new home. The movers were on time, quick, and careful with my things. Entire move took about 2 hours. Definitely would recommend them anyone

We have used 495 movers 4 times over the years and they have always been exceptional! With the free packing materials, great customer service and the professionalism of the guys who show up at my door!! They are always communicative and on time! I will only use 495 movers when I’m moving!! You should too! ☺️

The delivery team was professional. They delivered my furniture without any damage

I had a very positive experience with 495 Movers from my recent move. Entire moving crew ( Walter, Mohammed, Edwin, Miguel and Luis ) was outstanding. They were very professional, attentive, addressed all my requests and were very efficient. The office staff, Michelle and Autumn were excellent to work with. Thank you

They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond even what I scheduled to be done. No scratches no issues they were great and very efficient. I plan on using them the next time I move. I just moved and the company I used I would never use again nor would I recommend them “All” I got was a headache broken walls, destroyed items and trouble for what I paid. Which was too much. I wish I had known about 495 prior but I do now!

I truly had an excellent experience with this moving company. Ron was my point of contact -- ensured everything ran smoothly, I paid exactly what was discussed up front, and my items were delivered intact and on time with no damage or issue. Everyone I worked with was transparent and easy to follow up with. Highly recommend. Plus I moved from VA to CA and it could've been a lot more stressful but due to Ron and the rest of the team, it went very smoothly.

Really fantastic! I needed help packing and moving furniture to a storage unit that they offer and it was really easy to communicate with them. There ended up being something wrong with the freight elevator in my building, but they didn't get huffy or anything. I'm pretty empathetic, so I already felt absolutely terrible my building was so inefficient with fixing the issue, so I have to commend how nice they are to their customers. They took apart the furniture and wrapped it gently. Fair pricing as well. Thank you, 495!! Will definitely suggest your services to others.

These guys did a phenomenal job. On time, friendly, no weird mystery charges or haggling, no damage. Everything was up front, straightforward and fair. Highly recommend.

Very professional and quick, loved the packing supplies provided.

Two men moved a large dining room set, including heavy glass shelves, from inside the beltway to our niece Bel Air. Md. They were careful, professional, fast, and helpful in every way. We were impressed, as was my niece, as they patiently moved the furniture around in her dining room so she could decide how to arrange it. This was our second move with 495. They are super and have my highest recommendation.

I am so impressed with 495 movers! The movers were so helpful and the hardest workers I've ever seen! They took real pride in the work they did! Not only did they move everything fast and without breaking it, they helped us pack, moved heavy furniture around for us, helped us unpack, and took back all the empty boxes we were able to unpack Shout-out to Milton, Hector, Randolf, Marlon, and Mohamed.

The move was completed in a timely and organized manner. Movers for this company go above and beyond to make sure every item is account for, allowing for a client to check their truck to make sure all boxes aboard have been emptied. They offer options for disassembly/reassembly of large furniture.

UPDATE: we just moved back into our house and had an equally wonderful experience with 495 Movers. Marvin and his team were great. They arrived on time, moved everything quickly and carefully and were always positive (despite A LOT of boxes!). They were very willing to move a few things (including a piano) that we didn’t request ahead of time. Everyone we dealt with, from Josh to Autumn to the gentleman who helped me with moving supplies (free of charge!), to the crew, were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend them. Thank you, 495 Movers!

We used 495 Movers for a two-step move: they moved about 30 boxes to our basement for a first floor renovation happening soon, and they also moved about a dozen boxes to our temporary apartment. Jose and Hermano were great. They were quick, friendly and very professional. It was a lot of work, but they never seemed annoyed...

The estimator Justin was beyond professional he went above and beyond his job duties and helped me out ! I highly recommend anyone in need of a professional moving service to give this company an opportunity to earn your business . Thanks Justin!

Great crew, very professional and friendly.

We have been using 495 Movers as our moving service for more than 10 years. Now our daughter is working in the DC area. We told her to use 495 movers for her moving needs. This is a great company with great people and great services!
495 Movers not only do local moving services, they also provide cross state moving. We recently moved from Virginia to Florida. They packed and wrapped everything very carefully for our Virginia home. They provided climate-controlled storage for us. When we are ready, they dispatched mover/driver to Florida. We had lots of furniture and belongings cumulated from our Virginia home throughout the years. Their movers worked very hard to unpacking and moving. They were very professional, careful and patient. Thank you 495 Movers! Really appreciate your service!
