Amazing. The moving team was super efficient and patiently listened to our concerns. We were blown away by how quickly they got everything done while still ensuring all our belongings were protected.

Moved home of 4 from Rockville to Silver Spring. They sent a person who gave an estimate and explained all the options well. The movers themselves were kind professional hard workers who actually finished everything under time and so we were charged less than our estimate. Although perhaps higher priced than some competitors, the service was what you pay for - excellent.

Had one of the best experiences working with 495. Was relocating from DC area to Miami for work. It was a big move but they made the transition very comfortable. They came onsite to do an estimate beforehand which I thought was great. They gave an estimate and stood by the quote. There were no hidden fees. The movers were very professional, punctual, friendly and careful. I highly recommend using them for any move, small or large, local or out of the area. They did an incredible job. All 3 of our movers worked their tails off to get us moved as quickly as possible. Nothing was damaged in the move. They had all the supplies and knowledge necessary to quickly protect the items we didn't already have boxed.

The best experience I have ever had. The service was efficient and right on point starting from the call to the end of the movement.

They call to follow-up as often as needed, and call a day ahead to confirm. All moving products are free once you pay a deposit on the service...yes ALLL (sm/med/lg boxes, wardrobe boxes, and tape). And get this - they'll deliver these items to you ahead of your scheduled move date. All of this comes with the service!!! And if you don't have enough boxes, have no fear. They'll bring plenty more on move day and will box/wrap any other items you need assistance with. Again, no hidden fees at all and they are very very reasonably priced. I needed my studio moved from Washington DC to a two bedroom in Rockville MD. The parking is very tight where I used to live in DC and they managed to maneuver through like pros. They were quick, very careful and all around easy to work with. From the people who helped me out in the office to the movers that took amazing care of my belongings, I couldn't be anymore satisfied. If your struggling on making a decision call me and ill let you know my experience! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

495 movers finished my move last night and when I tell you it is worth the extra hours we had to pay for them to pack and unpack for us it was truly a life saver! My wife and I are both so busy with work we just did not have the time to do it ourselves. We got to come back home today to a house that doesn't even seem like we just moved. Pricey but worth EVERY penny!

Hard workers

I hired 495 Movers based on the reviews just cause reviews mean a lot to us. We hired them to move my residence from Montgomery County to Northern Frederick county. I downsized from a 4500 SF house to a 1600 SF house. Even after months of me de-cluttering, donating and packing, I still had a lot of stuff. I called 495 movers and they immediately offer a on site visual estimate. Tom showed up and told me they can defiantly handle my move within 12 hours cause we did have a big house and we needed two trucks I know this because when we first moved We used 3 trucks. On the day of the move the team arrived on time, with 6 men and 2 trucks. They handled EVERYTHING Every member of the team was friendly and helpful - and they were enjoying what they were doing. We used 495 Movers on our recent move and had an excellent experience. The movers did an excellent job and were extremely careful with all of our items. Their rates were reasonable and the quote and final price were very close to each other. I would definitely use them again.
The team arriving in MD to pack up our home and were on time, respectful and worked efficiently. Like clockwork they loaded the truck making the heavy lifting look easy. They even took time to say hi to our dog. The best part was no damage or mess left behind. I highly recommend 495 movers.

They came in and made sure they knew exactly what we were moving and what still needed to be packed. They made this move very stress free and I can’t thank them enough. 495 movers is the best, David Benitez was the lead in my move and he directed everything exactly how I would have.They disassembled my furniture and reassembled at the new location and set up everything for me. The only thing I had to do was unpack, which they offered to do as well, but they already worked so hard and I am so glad I choose 495 movers. I highly recommend hiring them as your movers. Very reliable people everyone is on the same page there at the office and their customer services is amazing.

I had a very great experience with this company! They were very helpful. As me being a single mother of 4 I really don’t have enough time so they packed everything up for me and did assembled muy boys bunk beds. When they were loading and unloading they were very careful as if they were handling there own property! I will totally keep this company in my contact in case I need help in the future as well as recommended them to my family and friends!

495 Movers were the best. They wrapped all my furniture the proper way and handled it with such care. During the move-in, they saw that the dresser was a little busted. Knowing full well that they were not the cause of that incident it has been busted for a while, they still brought out their tools and fixed my dresser. Service above and beyond! Other point (not as major, but still speaks volumes as to their employees). They were done with their job, but saw me struggling lifting a box to unpack something that I needed and they decided to helped me out. Totally didn't have to do that (I wouldn't have thought anything of it; I had even already paid and tipped them), but they went out of their way to help.
