Scheduled them a few weeks before moving and they were extremely responsive and organized. I was able to pick up boxes for free from their warehouse to prep and their staff was amazing and professional. Special thanks to our moving team lead: Fredris and his team. Autumn called the day off to make sure everything was running smoothly and asked if there was any assistance she could provide. Overall a great experience!

I hired 495 movers for my most recent move and was incredibly impressed with how professional and accommodating they were. From my first call to book my move to the day the movers showed up, they treated me with nothing but kindness. I fully underestimated the amount of boxes and furniture I would have to move, but my movers Omar & Ismael didn't make me feel horrible about it at all and were incredibly diligent and respectful as they worked throughout the day. I'm not planning on moving again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be calling them again.

I had the best experience with 495Movers. I interviewed 5 moving companies, and I’m so happy I decided to go with 495 Movers. They were responsive and very helpful from the start. They offered a one-day move start to finish with packing. Further, they allowed us to pack ahead of time (no pressure) by offering packing materials before the move date. They arrived promptly at 7:00 am, worked very hard throughout the day, and not a single item was damaged in the moving process. I will recommend the team to anyone moving.

495 movers did a great job every step of the way. They provided packing materials in advance for a few things we wanted to pack ourselves. Then they spent two days packing all of our possessions carefully and professionally. Everything had to go into storage, so they packed with that in mind, wrapping in extra layers of blankets and then in plastic. When we found a house after six months, they delivered two trucks full of our belongings, unloaded, and set up everything in one day. They were professional, competent and considerate at all times. I recommend them without reservation.

I’m totally satisfied with 495 movers. Not only are they good at what they do, they’re fast, they’re careful, and the people you sent to handle this we’re good people. I’d recommend them to anybody.

Sales person is not the mover, his job is to sell the product. And I guess my worst part would’ve been paying for storage. I thought everything was included in the complete price and I ended up paying $300 a month for like six months that was a lot of money. The customer service people were awesome kudos for their job, it was very respectful and an always on point with me so that experience was good so I didn’t give you the complete 05 stars because of that because of the the storage if I would’ve known beforehand, I would’ve done things differently.

495 Movers did a great job of moving my antique furniture, wrapping everything well and handing it with care. They also loaded and unloaded quickly, putting everything exactly where I wanted it so that I was moved and living at my new house by the afternoon.

These movers were amazing. Milton was the foreman and he was meticulous about ensuring that everything was packed, safe, and not damaged. The team was super cautious not to damage any of our possessions or the floors & walls of the new place. I could not recommend them enough. I've moved about a dozen times, and this was by far the best moving experience I've had.

495 Movers got our move done professionally and promptly. They got the right number of movers to move our stuff l, all in inclement weather. We've used them twice so far and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have moved 9 times in 12 years and these were by far the best movers. They were extremely careful with my newly painted walls and new carpeting and they were done three hours in advance of the estimated time. They worked hard and never even took a break. I have had movers who stood around, took 39 minute breaks every two hours and slow walked it. Not 495!! They are the best. I will definitely use again!!

Great company! Will definitely use again! I had to change my moving date last minute due to an apartment flooding and I received no fees or complaints. All of my packing materials were free and of good quality (you’ll get plenty and can come back for more). The movers arrived 30 minutes early (they also called me to tell me they were on their way) and moved my items 2 hours away and unpacked the truck before noon. I was kept in the loop every step of the way and received a check in call before, during, and after. It was easy to schedule the move and the office is VERY clear about pricing and I wasn’t hit with any hidden fees. I actually paid about $400 less than the estimate (and you can pay by Zelle!). The movers were very nice and conversational. They made the process much less stressful. None of my items or walls were damaged. This will be the only moving company I use while...

The movers were excellent and the customer service and scheduling was all very excellent. The fifth star is price. It’s a bit pricy for a retired senior on a retirement income, which is a whole different category of movers for different reasons and are not physically able to DYI their move like younger folk. I admit to having accumulated a lot of stuff over decades though but did shed practically all my furniture. So if they could consider this and possibly offer a senior discount in the future to those movers, they might get that fifth star.

The team was not only prompt, they were very courteous and efficient with the move. Gustavo (I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was very polite and kept me involved throughout the process. The move took a little longer than I expected, but that is on me, I need to get rid of some of my stuff (lol).

The only issue that I encountered was paying for the services rendered at the end of the move. I was told that Zelle was an option; however, certain banks will not allow a transaction of no more than $500 a day. My advise would be to have customers check with their banks the day prior to the move to ensure that there is no issue with the payment.

This is the second time I have used 495 Movers for a local move. Their communication is excellent before, during and after the move. The movers themselves are punctual and considerate. I would not hesitate at all to use them again, and I will! Highly recommend!

We just used 495 for the second time and we’re, once again, pleased! They were witch and took appropriate care of all of belongings. We will definitely use them for a third time in the future, should a move occur.

These guys are the best! Careful, thorough, timely and they stayed in communication throughout. They even delivered on time and efficiently despite driving rain and threats of a tropical storm!
