Five stars without hesitation. Josue and Autumn were communicative, organized, informative, and super personable during the entire planning for the move. On moving day, Jose and his team (thanks, Marlon and Walter) were friendly, warm, and conscientious absolute WORK HORSES from start to finish. I never want to move without them, and no one in the DMV area should.

Cannot recommend this company enough! They made my move so seamless, and were both quick and gentle with my things. Their estimate was fair and accurate, no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Will definitely be using them in the future if I move again!

This is the second time we have used 495 Movers. This time they worked beyond our expectation. The crew assigned to our move were Edwin, Freedy and Gustavo very polite men, hard workers and knew exactly how to do their job. They were very communicative with me on how the pace of the move was going. We had a situation where we had contractors working in our new space they managed to work great through that. My experience with 495 Movers was great from booking to moving. The team was amazing. The company provides packing materials (boxes and tissues), disassembling and reassembling ; all included in the hourly price. We really felt our moving needs were met beyond measure; they were sensitive to adhere to our wishes and requirements.

They did a nice job. Prompt pickup and they we responsive. One less star than perfect, as they delayed my delivery by a day at the last minute which was disruptive to me.

I recently did an out of state move with 495 Movers from Maryland to North Carolina and their service was stellar every step of the way. I had two personal referrals for this company: one from a family member who had done a similar out of state move and the other from my real estate agent who is also a family friend. Despite their glowing reviews, I also decided to get two other quotes just to do my due diligence. 495's quoting process was far more transparent than the other movers, and was weight based rather than volume based. Their price quote was very reasonable and in line with other vendors but the level of service and information provided was much more robust. The movers were fast, professional, and polite. They moved everything quickly and my furniture remained in an excellent condition. 495 Movers were extremely helpful from beginning to end. Dean not only answered all my questions but went out of his way to adjust time and date for the video call. The estimate was reasonable. This was a move I really didn't want to do but it was necessary. Gustavo's team was very professional and sympathetic. I sat and waited in the lobby of my building during the move. Each time they came down with a load of boxes the team acknowledged my presence. And setting up the doll cases upon arrival, Gustavo was extremely fastidious to make sure they were even and in the same position that they were originally. The move went smoothly thanks to the experience and care of the team. I have notified my former apartment manager of my appreciation of 495 and thanked the manager for recommending them.
