When I purchased my home in 2021 I had a structural engineer’s report done due to cracking in brick. Thomas reviewed my home and assured me that it was only seasonal movement due to lots of big trees “drinking” water from under my foundation during those hot summers. The engineering report stated at I simply needed water management to provide a better balance of water under my foundation to reduce movement throughout the year.
