I am selling my home which was built in 1981 and sits on a very high Hill with retaining walls. I decided to be proactive and get a Foundation review and this company was very professional and very thorough and gave a report that even I could understand what was going on. I hope I never need them again but if so this would be the company I would use.

My wife and I had concerns about our house after we noticed some signs of settling and these folks sent out someone within a week or so. The appointment was very quick and efficient and answered all of my questions. The report they provided was also very detailed and laid out everything I could need. Would recommend.

Thomas Engineering is a great firm. We have used them twice and we love their throughness.

Thomas was awesome! He was able to schedule us a day before our appointment since our option period was so short. He did a very thorough report and got it to us within 24 hours. Highly recommend using Thomas, especially if you’re like me; I wanted someone who didn’t have a financial incentive to find foundation issues that “need to be repaired.”

If you want an efficient and well detailed engineering report, this is your guy.
