After more than 5 years of having "experts" attempt to assess the drainage and foundation issues at our home, we were introduced to Tommy. A very talented engineering friend recommended TEC when I wanted an independent consulting engineer to look at some foundation issues at my house. They were very accommodating to my tight schedule, sent out a very courteous and competent person to do the inspection and take measurements. Followed up promptly with a very detailed report with repair and remediation recommendations.

I had 4 foundation repair companies inspect and measure to produce their offers for repair. The good news is that they all aligned very close to TEC's measurements, but one had errors in their measurements leading to expensive work where it was not needed and all missed a critical pier placement at the entryway that only a very experienced and knowledgeable engineer would know is important.
