Thomas Engineering was professional and responsive. I wanted to make sure my foundation was in good shape prior to doing some improvements to my home and landscaping and knew that if I asked a foundation repair company to assess my foundation they would undoubtedly tell me it was in need of significant repair. I would highly recommend talking with an engineering firm like Thomas Engineering before talking with any foundation repair company. Thomas Engineering was able to determine my foundation was well within specifications and performing well with no need of repair. I believe this saved me thousands of dollars versus what I would have been told by a foundation repair company.

I highly recommend Thomas Engineering Consultants for any foundation questions. We were developing cracks in our house, and Jared came out and surveyed the house in about 45 minutes. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I had the full report within four days! The report included images of exactly what needed to happen to address the cracks in our walls by adjusting drainage and landscaping, including tree removals and root barriers. The 30 page report provides tons of information as well as recommendations to avoid future problems. I appreciate that they are not associated with any foundation repair company so their report is completely unbiased and factual. Could not be more impressed with this company!

I contacted Thomas Engineering Consultants due to the good reviews online. Their pricing was fair and they were able to do a structural inspection within a week. The Engineer that came out to do the assessment was friendly and explained the process well. I was working from home and he was very respectful of the privacy I needed. The turnaround for the report was quick also. I needed it for a mortgage loan I had been working on for over a month. I didn't have much time to finalize the loan and they made it so easy and stress free. Highly recommend if you're needing a report for lending or even to determine if repairs are needed. The report and recommendations are very thorough.
