This company is most professional and expert at single family inspections. I have an older home with unique issues and Tommy LaLonde was able to provide an excellent site visit with verbal recommendations while following hot with a comprehensive written report. This is the second study I have had them do and they are always complete and thoughtful.

We have used the services of Thomas Engineering several times now. Years ago before picking out a foundation company, he examined our home and made recommendations. After major foundation work was done, that company also had him come back out and do measurements to see the changes. Recently we’ve seen and felt some changes and before doing any more work, he provided us with another evaluation along with recommendations. Tommy and his coworker were professional, kind and thorough, answered our questions. We would definitely recommend them.

Jared was the associate who came to the house & performed the inspection. He was extremely polite in using ma'am & sir when answering questions that we had. He also was so respectful of our home that he put shoe covers on. His explanations of the findings were clear & easily understandable. When I spoke with Thomas about the report he was preparing, he was kind, respectful & extremely easy to understand, as well. He was empathetic to our situation & answered all the questions we had.
