Very professional experience. The engineer that showed up at our house was very good. He explained in great detail of what he was going to do. He explained the preliminary results and answered all our questions. We received a detailed report when promised. The report was easy to understand and told us what we needed to do to fix our problems. It also had several suggestion to keep our foundation in good shape. I would recommend them to give a easy to understand report.

With their engineering assessment, I knew exactly how to proceed to avoid wasteful repairs.

Detailed and professional

I needed a structural engineering report to meet building permit requirements, and TEC did just that.

I contacted Thomas Engineering Consultants in late March to do an evaluation of our foundation. I was promptly contacted by their office, and a staff member was scheduled to visit our home within the week.
The gentleman arrived on time and was very pleasant, informative and explained exactly what he would be doing as part of the evaluation. We had our comprehensive report within the week, and the engineer was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the report.
The company provided us with great advice and we will have them back to our place next year after we do the routine maintenance they suggested. I highly recommend this company.
