Really great having a third party not interested in making a sale. I had a foundation company look at my house and they said it would be $30,000. No joke. But really, it’s an old house and I just need to maintain it. Would have never known this and would have been out of a lot of money if I had not called Thomas Engineering.

This is the second time we have used Thomas Engineering. The same consultant came to our house both times and he remembered his first visit which is amazing because it had been over a year. Jared did a thorough scan both inside and outside. He is courteous, professional and refreshingly pleasant to talk to. He explained everything and made sure we understood the process and the readings. He reassured us that our house was in proper condition and help put our fears to rest. I highly recommend him and Thomas Engineering. I will continue to use them in the future should the need arise. I also want to mention that the person who answers the phone is super nice too.
