Preventative maintenance checkup. Gotta have some repairs but Jamall communicated well with me on what needed to be done.

We have been customers of Rocky Top Air for a long time. When we first called them, we thought our unit was on it's last air. They saved it and maintained it for a lot longer than we thought it would live. When it came time for a new unit, we bought a new unit and we are very pleased with the contract we have for keeping it going. I took advantage of Rocky Top’s fall maintenance special and couldn’t have been more pleased with their services. While I wasn’t able to be there in person, the technician, Spencer called me to give me follow up after the service and to inform me of a couple of issues that will require future attention.

AC unit went out in our house the same day we closed on it, so we needed someone there quickly. Rocky Top Air finally came through and got to the house. They were even there before us. The guy was super nice and did a good job, but they definitely weren't the cheapest company we called. Many told us anywhere from $125-150, and even with a coupon, we were out well over $200 on RTA. But no one else that worked on Trane units could get to us that day. Regardless, as long as money isn't an issue, I'd recommend them.

The team at Rocky Top Air are so wonderful. I would suggest anyone who is looking for AC repair or HVAC maintenance to give them a call.
