Devin was here today and worked on my unit. Have used Rocky Top for many years.

Just had a Gree Flexx inverter split system installed in our home with some added duct work. Joe, Jay, Jimmy and Kenny were great. My wife appreciated how polite they were in our home and the fact that they realized our dogs are family. The installation crews went way above and beyond to guarantee great service to their customer. Great team, great company. I would highly recommend Rocky Top HVAC for anyone that needs cooling or heating service or installation.

We had our new HVAC unit installed in 2024 and have maintenance done bi-annual by Rocky Top HVAC. Devon did a thorough job in the most recent visit to check our unit.

I had some old and inefficient duct work that needed replacing.
The two men, Antwon and MJ, that came to do the removal and install were extremely polite and helpful. They did some trouble shooting to fix and adjust some hinky registers inside the house. They made sure that I had heat overnight, even though it was a multi-day job. AND, they finished ahead of schedule and left the space immaculate. All with a fantastic attitude.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of everyone involved from estimating the job, scheduling and billing, estimating the materials and especially the execution of the work.

I woke up in a 50 degree house! I called Rocky Top and they sent Devon out right away. Devon was great and identified the issue in record time and got things moving to fix my gas valve. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Rocky Top!

We have been customers with Rocky Top for many years. Each experience is great. Their technicians are professional, courteous, punctual, and easy to work with. On December 5,2025, we had the air ducts in our home cleaned. The two men who performed this service Jimmy Ridings and Marqez Johnson were excellent. They were efficient and explained the process.
Paul Debord came to install a Google nest thermostat. Paul was also excellent. He was familiar with the product, explained how to operate, and stayed until we were comfortable with the process.

I initially submitted the online form, received a call from Sharon within a few hours, and the technician, Paul, came out the same day. They thoroughly explained each part of the process and quotes and invoices were clear and sent very timely. Paul has been out to work on the unit twice now and quickly contacted the manufacturer for the parts needed. They deliver high quality, on-time service with very clear communication. Tim came out to our house on very short notice and had our heater repaired within 30 minutes. He was great to work with and very informative.
