We have a Trane unit that is 18 years old. Works great, but called in a service as it needed a tune. Will Bell came and serviced the unit, which he was great!
He did find a run capacitor that had gone bad, which will make it run more efficiently.

Our PTAC unit in the sunroom needed to be replaced. We ordered one through Amazon. When the install was more complicated than I wanted to handle, Brandon came out and took a look at what was needed. An estimate was sent the same day via email. Jimmy and Kenny, 2 very nice and polite gentleman were out the following Tuesday to do the install. They explained everything and proceeded to do the installation, complete with a new on the wall thermostat. They were very thorough in explaining some of the newer technology and the use of my cell phone as an additional set of controls. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend their services highly!

Had a new heat and air system installed last year by Rocky Top. Great service and had bi annual system check today service tech Paul was great answering questions and checking unit
