Paul and Tony came out to my property and did exceptional work on my AC system. They were extremely knowledgeable and ethical. They went above and beyond to properly diagnose my system to come up with a solution. Highly recommend this company for any hvac/air conditioner needs!!

Our AC stopped cooling and we needed help quickly. The technician Glenn showed up on time, figured out what was wrong, and got everything working again the same day. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and was very professional the whole time.

We have a yearly maintenance plan with Rocky Top and the office is great about being proactive with scheduling.
Our technician this round was Paul and I’ll be requesting him for each future visit.

Had an electrical mystery at our house. Half the rooms on one circuit didn’t have electricity, the other half on the same breaker had electricity. Matt Flatford from Ricky Top HVAC did Sherlock Holmes proud as through a series of logical deductions figured out the problem and get everything working again within an hour and a half.

Will arrived on time and did a great job inspecting and maintaining the units at our house. He saved us a future maintenance call and probable outage by identifying an item with a quick and inexpensive fix.

The refrigerator in our assisted living building stopped working, so we contacted Rocky Top and received prompt same-day service from Glenn. He was fantastic from start to finish! Having the necessary part on hand, he completed the repair in about an hour. The professionalism and customer service provided were exceptional. We greatly appreciate the effort and will be calling again!!

Tim was amazing! He came out and diagnosed the issues with my unit and was able to provide a fix when another company said the entire unit needed to be replaced. Would recommend to anyone.

Also adding another review for MJ and Antwon! They arrived at my house and worked tirelessly to install our new furnace and ensured it was working properly. They were also very kind and friendly and helpful during the whole process!
