We had a great experience with Rocky Top HVAC. Of the 4 companies I called, they were the only ones that had a live person answer the phone. The office staff were super nice. The project manager Brandon was on time and did a great job of presenting several options for our needs. Jesse and the installation team were professional, on time, and efficient. The cleaned up after they were finished and the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
Thank you Rocky Top HVAC for taking care of my dad’s HVAC needs. Special thanks to Jesse and his team, Brandon, and the office staff.

Tim and Devin were very nice and professional. They arrived early and got everything fixed quick. I would recommend them to anyone.

Update: 5/1/2025 - I had the pleasure to work with Manny of Rocky Top Plumbing, Gabe of Rocky Top HVAC and Mark of Rocky Top Electrical division and they were are super polite, professional and knowledgeable. They all wore protective booties to keep my floors clean and were efficient and thorough with their inspections and maintenance items. I have their monthly service plan and am grateful for what it provides and working with such a great company. Thanks guys!

Mark came out and did maintenance on our electricity. He was very good and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone that needs any electrical work done.

We are so glad we chose Rocky Top. Our main priorities in our selection were customer service and warranty. This company exceeded our expectations in both and system options. Joe installed my new HVAC system. He and his helper did a great job, explained how to work the new unit and thermostat and cleaned up and hauled off all trash and debris .

Joe and Antwon just replaced my HVAC system. They were very professional and went straight to work once they arrived at my condo. I would like to add that Antwon offered to change my airfilter before leaving but noticed that it didn't need it. Also, I've been in contact with the business office for a few weeks. I would like to add how professional and kind these individuals are as well. We had some cold nights, and the lady in the office asked if I needed some space heaters that they would bring me some if needed. That's what you call going the extra mile. I had to edit my review due to a leaky pipe from the old pvc pipe that cracked. Gabe repaired the cracked pipe at 11pm. He was on his way home and turned around because of my wet ceiling. These people are great!!

We needed service on our A/C unit and Tim showed up on time and got our unit running efficiently. He was very professional and we will definitely request him the next time we need service.

Tim and Zach just came out and fixed an issue that had been present since install from another company. They were quick , polite, and explained everything in detail.
