We are new Rocky Top HVAC clients and the experience thus far has been excellent. Their pricing on a new mini split unit was highly competitive. Their service has been great - from the clear, timely office communication to the positive interactions with their people in the field. Travis and Jonah, the crew who came out today to install the mini split, were a pleasure - thanks, guys.

Mark, an electrician, came out to conduct a yearly inspection today and was very thorough and informative, with good advice about troubleshooting circuit breakers. I’ve been impressed with all of Rocky Tops services, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
