Zack came on short notice to service our furnace as it was not keeping the house warm. He did a complete system check and diagnosed the issue. He quickly made the repair. Zack showed up at the expected time and was very professional. Thanks again for the great service. We have used Rocky Top for many years.

We had a different company come out and do a gas valve replacement on our furnace earlier this month, but they didn’t do it quite right and so our heat wasn’t keeping up in the below freezing temperatures we’ve had. I submitted a request on Rocky Top HVAC’s website in the evening and was contacted bright and early by Shannon the next morning. Shannon was a delight and got me on the schedule for the same day! Zach came out and informed me of our issue, got everything fixed right up and didn’t hesitate to patiently explain everything. We will definitely be going with Rocky Top HVAC moving forward. They installed a Trane package unit 15 years ago. It had to be replaced this year, because it had a cracked heat exchanger and was starting to require increasing maintenance. They replaced it with a Carrier package unit (Gas / A/C). We have been using them for over 15 years. They installed the unit in 1 day on a day with temperatures below 20 deg F.

They were courteous and responsive to my questions and the new WiFi enabled thermostat is great. I heartily recommend them.

My only gripe with them is that by their own acknowledgement they undersized the ductwork when they did the initial installation in 2011 and installed duct upgrades. They have come back with estimates for upgrades but having paid them once for duct installation, I feel they had their shot.

We’ve used Rocky Top for several years now. Every tech we’ve dealt with has been kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. We went with the maintenance plan and a couple of weeks ago Will was out and did a thorough inspection. It was nice to have that before the cold weather kicked in. We had an issue this morning and surprisingly, thankfully, Devon was available to check out our issue. We recommend Rocky Top to anyone in our neighborhood looking for a good and reasonably priced HVAC company!

Paul Debord was the on-call technician, and I don’t think I could have been any happier with the experience. I had a naggging issue with my heat that several others had try to fix to no avail. With temperatures plummeting, Paul was super responsive, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had my issues diagnosed and heat back up and running in 50-60 minutes.
