Rocky Top provided me with a brief introduction the the technician C. M prior to his arrival. C.M. also notified me via text and phone of his impending arrival. He was both knowledgeable and personal, as well as professional. He arrived promptly, went to work to assess the system and provided needed maintenance. As both a sales representative and technician, he did not attempt to sell me an upgrade, but provided a brief yet through assessment of my unit. Which was refreshing and accurate description of potential service needs in the future.
